• Goal to get students (and faculty/ staff) wearing helmets and using lights

• Sold 1000 low-cost light sets since ‘01

• Sold 1000 helmets

• Health-Center Sales with Student Volunteer Fitters

• U-PASS is a comprehensive transportation program since 1991

• Bicycle commuting from 1989 went from 8% to 5% in 2002

• Create more added value for U-PASS bike riders
