Current Version The latest version of Unity is 6.3.3.4 on Release 19
To determine your version, click on
Help, then About Unity
If you are not running the latest
version it is highly recommended that
you update your application. This will
ensure you have all the latest fixes
and features of the application.
Manual Update NOTE: If using the Unity Agent/Supervisor application, ensure you know the Call Center Monitoring
password as this may be required to be re-entered.
1. In your Unity application, click on the Settings button,
2. Then on the Settings Tab
3. Click on Update on the left, and
then click on Perform Manual Update Now link.

4. Click YES when asked, “Are You Sure?”
Once the update is complete the application will need to restart.
Uninstall and Reinstalling Unity Please note that Unity must be installed by a user with administrator permissions. On some operating
systems you may be asked to confirm your actions.
The following is based on Windows 7. Other operating systems may vary slightly.
Uninstall Unity 1. Go to Start Menu > Control Panel
2. Click on Uninstall Programs
3. Find the Unity Client in your list
and highlight it. Click Uninstall
4. Click yes, when asked “Are you sure?”

5. Wait while application is removed
Install/Reinstall Unity 1. Download the
appropriate file and save to desktop
Unity Desktop https://uc-portal.brighthouse.com/downloads/UnityDesktop.msi Unity Agent https://uc-portal.brighthouse.com/downloads/UnityAgent.msi Unity Supervisor https://uc-portal.brighthouse.com/downloads/UnitySupervisor.msi
2. Double click the downloaded file from desktop
3. Click Run

4. Click Next
5. Click I Agree, and then click Next

6. Leave destination folder and Click Next
7. Click Next

8. Wait while the install completes. You should see the following screens

10. From your Desktop or Start Menu, launch the Unity Application by double clicking the Unity ICON
11. The first time you launch Unity
after the install, you will see the following, click OK
12. Enter your Login ID and Password
and click the green check mark. a. You should have been
provided your login id. This is typically your 10 digit telephone number.
b. Your passcode is your
Web Access/Software Passcode
Unity will now be launched. You may need to reset up your User Status tab as desired
Call Center Monitoring If you are using the Unity Agent/Supervisor application you may need to reenter the Call Center
Monitoring Password.

left.
4. Double click on each Call
Center listed and enter the 6 digit monitoring passcode
5. Click Green check mark
If the passcodes are correct you will see the Call Centers listed at the top of the screen.
NOTE: If you receive an error, or the upgrade does not complete, it is recommended that you
uninstall Unity and install the latest version from our website. See Below

Future Updates Unity should update to the latest version on its own. When a new version is available the user will see
the following. Just click YES to continue.
