The programme is divided into six semesters with two semesters in an academic year. Basic concepts of IT are imparted to the students. BCA provides understanding and skills related to the use of computer and its applications. The basic objective of the programme is to open a channel of admission for computing courses for students, who have done 10+2 and are interested in taking computing as a career. At United College of Education, faculty is chosen with great care keeping in mind the diversity of the programme. Ample time for practical is provided to the students with well-equipped computer labs. In the fourth semester, students are assigned with some topic for research and are asked to write a term paper on their study.

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION(BCA)

Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communication (BJMC) is a three years full time degree course. With the world of Media & Journalism gaining importance, there is a need for a very strong foundation for young students who aspire to take it as a profession. At UCE, special emphasis is laid on creating an environment where the students pursuing BJMC course can have healthy interaction. The students are sent to various talk shows with leading TV Channels for interface with eminent media personalities. Realizing the potentiality of the field UCE was the pioneer Institute to offer Mass Media education. The course offered at this level has been designed to include each & every aspect of journalism and mass media.

BACHELOR OF JOURNALISMAND MASS COMMUNICATION BA (JMC)

The programme is divided in six semesters. An academic year shall be apportioned into two semesters. Basic concepts of Business and Management are imparted to the students. BBA provides an understanding and skills related to the use of Management and its applications. The basic objective of the programme is to open a channel of admission for Business and Management courses for students, who have done 1 0+2 and are interested in taking Management as a career.
