Movement - Traveling, dancing, my brother walks sometimes, my sister rides her bike.
Respiration – breathing, I breathe. My momma breathes when she starts sleeping.
Sensitivity – responding to your environment; people shiver in the cold, snakes change location to find food
Growth – getting bigger; it’s like people get bigger as they age, lions get stronger as they grow.
Reproduction – People have babies, birds hatch eggs
Excretion – getting rid of waste; people poop, people sweat when they are hot
Nutrition – making or getting food for energy; it’s like when I eat apples all the time; it’s like when plants need water and minerals.
