LEARNING OUTCOMES:• Understand what the economy and economic systems are. (lesson1)

(distinguish the factors of production, learn the characteristics of the market economy, identify the main economic agents, recognize the different economic systems)

• Learn about the nature of today’s labour market (lesson2)

• Understand the process of economic globalization. (lesson 3) Identify the features of multinational companies, distinguish free trade zones and common market zones.

CONTENT• The economy and economic systems. (lesson 1) economy,

• The labour market: increase of unemployment, use of ICT, more qualified workers, better working conditions. (lesson 2)

• The globalisation of the economy. Globalization, multinationals and relocation of production, free trade zones and common market zones, international organizations. (lesson 3)
