MONEYMoney has 3 functions:• To indicate the value of things. For example: The price of a bike (120 euros)

• To buy things

• To save money

CONSUMEConsume is to obtein things and services.

There are two types of consume:-First need objects: water, food, clothes- Secondary need objects: mobile phone, television, holidays

EXPENSESThere are three kinds of expenses:-Fixed: to pay the electricity of the house, the water, etc.-Variable: to go to the cinema, to go to a concert.- Unexpected: if the car or an electric object break

SAVINGSThere are two ways of saving money:

-At home: you don’t obtein any interest

- In the bank: you can obtein some interest (more money)

companiesA company is an organization created to produce things and obtein a benefit

There are two kinds of companies:-Small companies (PYMES): less than 250 workers- Big companies: more than 250 workers
