In this lesson we will learn how Jesus walked on water and saved Peter when He cried for help. Introduction: This is the eighth lesson in Unit 3:The Miracles of Jesus. The life and ministry of Jesus is told to us in the first four books of the New Testament. Jesus was a very powerful teacher. He proved to everyone that he was really God by healing the sick and forgiving people of their sins. In this lesson we will see how Jesus walked on water. The Gospels are the first four books in the New Testament. The gospels tell about the life and ministry of Jesus. The word "gospel" means the good news about Jesus. Let's say the names of the gospels together. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Attention Getter: Have you ever had things in your life that made you afraid or caused you to doubt? Maybe you have been very sick for a long time and you weren't sure you were going to get well. Perhaps you have had to move and change schools and this was not easy. You found it hard to get along in a new place. Some children have had to face the problem of their parent fighting all the time. They may even have had their parents get a divorce and they have had to learn to live in both their parents' new homes. Sometimes these kind of problems can be so big that we get very involved in thinking about them. We might get so worried and afraid that we forget that God can help us. We might even think, "I can get out of this problem myself." But that's never a good idea. God knows how frightening our troubles can be and He has the power to solve every one of our problems. He wants us to think about Him in times of trouble. In this lesson Peter saw Jesus walking on water. He wanted to do that too but He got himself in big trouble. We will see how Jesus helped him with the problem and how we need to look to Jesus when we are in troubled times. Alternative: Ask how many of the children know how to swim. Spend some time talking about fun that you have had in the water. Can anyone float? How do you float? Can anyone float on your back? Stomach? Knees? Can anyone float in the water standing up? Of course not! But someone in today’s story could stand up and walk on top of the water. Opening Prayer: "Dear Father in heaven, Thank you that you are with us always. Help us to think about you and Your great power instead of worrying about our own problems. Help us to trust in You to take care of our problems even when we are in the middle of a difficult situation. Thank you that you are the Son of God and have all the power and glory. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen. Memory Verse: Our memory verse is Isaiah 41:13 "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear, I will help you." Jesus dismissed the crowd by telling them that He needed some time to be alone with His Father in heaven.

Lesson Goal: Jesus performed many miracles and proved that He has the power of God. In this lesson we

will learn how Jesus walked on water and saved Peter when He cried for help.

As soon as the boat load of disciples sailed away, Jesus went up on the mountain to pray. He wanted to spend time talking to His Father every day. Just like Jesus we need to pray to help us meet life’s challenges and struggles. As it got dark on the mountain Jesus could see that the disciples had rowed about 3 or 4 miles out into sea. A strong wind was starting to blow and the wind was tossing the boat. The disciples were straining at the oars to keep it afloat. Shortly before dawn Jesus finished praying and so he started walking toward them. He walked the quickest way back to Capernaum--right across the lake. Jesus was walking on water! How amazing is that! Can you imagine Him coming toward the boat on top of the waves as they rolled and tossed in the fierce wind? Jesus is God and has power to do anything. He could even walk on top of a raging, stormy sea! He was about to pass by them when the disciples saw him. They were all terrified. “It’s a ghost,” they cried out in fear. But Jesus immediately said to them: “Take courage! Don't be afraid. It's me.” Then Peter does an amazing thing. “Lord, if it’s you,” Peter asked, “tell me to come to you on the water.” Peter had total faith; he saw Jesus walking on the water and asked Jesus to let him walk on the water, too! “Come,” Jesus said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But when he saw the wind and looked down at the water, he was afraid and began to doubt. Immediately he began to sink, so he cried out, “Lord, save me!” When Peter took his eyes off of the Lord and looked at the waves crashing all around him, he was frightened and began to sink. If Peter had kept looking to Jesus for help, the waves would not have started to pull him under! This time Jesus didn't stop the storm but he immediately reached out his hand and caught him. “You have so little faith,” Jesus told him, “why did you doubt?” Jesus reached out and caught hold of Peter and lifted him into the boat with the other disciples. When they climbed into the boat, the wind died down, The disciples who were in the boat were utterly amazed and worshipped Jesus. "You really are the Son of God," they exclaimed. Just then the boat reached the shore. The boat had landed in Gennesaret. As they got off the boat people recognized Jesus and they sent word to all the surrounding country. "Jesus is here!" So the people started bringing those who were sick to him. Many sick people were healed. Those who even touched the edge of His clothes were healed. This miracle of Jesus teaches us some important lessons. First, it is amazing that Jesus could walk on water! Can you imagine Him coming toward the boat on top of the waves as they rolled and tossed in the fierce wind? Jesus is God and He has the power to do anything! He has the power to walk on top of a raging stormy sea. More importantly He has the power to forgive us our sins! That is why Jesus came to earth. God send His Son Jesus to be the payment for our sins by dying on the cross. Jesus is God in human flesh. Only He could have the power and authority to forgive us and give us the gift of eternal life. When Peter took his eyes off the Lord he became afraid and began to sink. He cried out to Jesus, "Lord, save me!". Jesus heard Peter's cry for help and helped him. We can trust that Jesus will help us too when we are afraid or are in trouble. We can ask Him for help because Jesus is our friend and He loves us. Did you notice in the story that Jesus did not immediately stop the storm when Peter was in trouble. He simply reached out and caught hold of Peter and calmed his fears. Once he looked to Jesus, Peter found himself safe again and the wind stopped. Like Peter we may have times of problems that seem to crash all around us. They are like waves in a storm. God may not make our problems go away immediately either. In fact the Bible says that we can expect to have troubles in our lives. If we focus on the difficulty, we will become discouraged and want to give up. There may be

things God wants us to learn from our difficulties. But He promises to be with us and to help us go through the problem. He can give us peace in our hearts. The Lord heard Peter’s cry for help and saved him from drowning. As soon as Peter began to look at Jesus again, he was safe again--in the boat. It is not easy to go through the hard times in our life but as we look to God for help, that is, as we get in the boat with Jesus, He will calm the storms of our life. We need to stay in the safety of the boat with Jesus! Then we can do just like the disciples did. We can fall down and worship Him. Jesus is truly the Son of God. He has all the power and deserves all the glory. Remember we can call on Jesus to help us and He will because He is the Son of God!

Review Questions: Water Bottle Spray Ask for a volunteer. The volunteer will use the spray bottle to spray another student. That student then must answer the question. The one who answers the question correctly gets to choose another child to answer a question by spraying them with the water bottle.

1. What did Jesus tell the disciples to do? (Jesus told them to row the boat to the other side of the lake.) 2. What did Jesus do as soon as a boat load of disciples sailed away? (He went up on a hill to pray.) 3. Why is it important focus to spend a quiet time every day praying to God? (It equips us to meet life's

challenges and struggles.) 4. When the disciples were about three or four miles out to sea, what happened? (A fierce storm arose.) 5. What would you have thought if you saw someone coming to you walking on the water in the middle of a

raging, stormy sea? How did the disciples react? (They thought it was a ghost.) 6. What did Jesus say to the disciples when they saw Him on the water? (Don't be afraid. It is I.") 7. What power did Jesus demonstrate when He walked on water? (Jesus had power over nature and He

was the Son of God.) 8. What unusual thing did Peter do when Jesus cam walking on the water? (He asked the Lord to command

him to come out walking on the water, too.) 9. Why did Jesus give Peter the power to walk on water? (He wanted to teach Peter an important lesson

about trusting Him and keeping our focus on Him not on the circumstances around us.) 10. What happened to Peter as he was walking on the water? (He looked at the waves tossing around him

and began to be afraid.) 11. Why did Peter begin to sink? (Peter became afraid and forgot to trust in Jeusu.) 12. What did Jesus do as soon as Peter cried out for help? (He reached out His hand and caught hold of

Peter, calming his fears.) 13. What important lesson do we learn from Peter's example? (When we find ourselves facing trouble, ask

God to help us think about Him instead of the problem.) 14. When did Jesus stop the storm? (As soon as Peter got in the boat with Jesus.) 15. What did the disciples do when Peter and Jesus climbed back into the boat with them? (They were

amazed and worshipped Jesus as God. Their faith in Jesus was strengthened.) 16. Why didn't Jesus stop the storm as soon as Peter cried out for help? (Jesus wanted Peter to learn an

important lesson from the fearsome experience.) 17. Are troubles in life a sign that we've been bad? (No! The Bible says we can expect troubles in our lives.

God uses them to make us into the kinds of people He wants us to be.) 18. What important lesson did you learn in this study? (If we keep our mind focused on our difficulties, we

become discouraged and want to give up. But as we look to God for help He will calm the storms of our lives.)

Bible Memory Verse Activity: Rhythm Game Our memory verse is Isaiah 41:13 "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear, I will help you." Just like the Lord saved Peter from drowning He promises to be with us and help us. Have students locate the verse in scripture. Read the verse together several times. Practice saying the verse together by using a rhythm. Pat hands on knees twice, clap twice, snap with right hand then left while saying a word from the verse. Go around the room this way helping each child say the next word of the verse. Practice this several times, beginning with the verse written out for them to see at first if necessary.

Group Learning Activity: Faith vs. Doubt Object Lesson (Grades K-5) Procedure: Before class half fill two clear drinking glasses with water. Stir three tablespoons salt into one of the glasses. Label the salted water “faith” and the plain water “doubt”. Draw a face on an egg to use for this activity. Review the story and talk about what would happen if you tried to walk on water. As you do this then gently drop the egg into the “doubt” water and watch it sink. Then talk about how that Jesus walked on water while you drop the egg in the “faith” water. The egg should float. Continue to tell the story showing how Peter floated (faith glass) and then sank (doubt glass). Then describe some real life situations that the children might face and let them place the egg in the “faith” or “doubt” glass according to the way they would act in the situation. Practice this at home first!

Group Learning Activity: Untangle Game (Grades K-5) Say: "Our memory verse today says that we should not fear because God is with us. Everyone feels afraid sometimes, so this is an important promise to remember. Today we are going to play a game to help us remember this promise." Procedure: Children are to stand in circles of three or four students. First player in each group says, "Do not fear" and extends his or her right hand across the circle to a second child in the group who take the first player's hand and says, "I will help you." The second child repeat the process. Continue until all children have linked hands. Then children try to untangle themselves without letting go of their clasped hands. Children may not be able to untangle themselves but they will have fun trying. Repeat game.

Group Learning Activity: Grid Hopscotch Game (Grades K-3) Supplies: Bibles, butcher paper, measuring stick, markers, masking tape Procedure: Draw a large grid on butcher paper, forming at least twenty 10 inch squares. Print one letter of the word HELP in each square as shown in the sketch. Tape the grid to floor. Children stand around the edges of the grid. Starting at H on the grid first player hops on squares to spell "HELP" and says "Jesus Helps Me!" Player then writes his or her name in any square with H in it. To finish this round of the game repeat activity with three other children instructing them to write their names in E, L, and P. Play several rounds of the game until all squares have name written in them or as time permits. Say: "Why did Peter call on Jesus in our lesson? (He was afraid. He needed help.) Where are some places you go during the week? (school, playground, park, store, home, library.) How could God help us not feel afraid in one of these places? When has God helped you at school? What could you pray to God when you need His help?"

Group Learning Activity: Water Walking Game (Grades K-3) Let children take off their shoes and socks and take turns placing their feet in a shallow pan of water. The first child will walk on the floor or on the sidewalk and make foot prints. Then the next child will put their feet in the water and try to walk on the exact same footprints as the first child. Each child will follow after and see if they can walk on the same prints. If they happen to make a new print, then the children following can choose which foot prints they want to follow. Retell the story of Jesus and Peter walking on the water. Emphasize the importance of our following in the foot step of Jesus. Group Learning Activity: Water Ring Relay Game (Grades K-4) Divide the children into two teams. The teams will take turns running to the far side of the room and putting on a swim ring and run back to their team. The next player will be handed the swim ring and will put it on and then run to the far side of the room and take the swim ring off and run back to their team, where the next player will run to put on the swim ring and continue to play until all the players have run. Say: "Peter walked to Jesus because he had faith in Him. We are to walk our lives by trusting in Jesus. He will help us when we pass through the troubled waters of life." Review the main teaching points of the lesson.

Group Learning Activity: Dramatized Character of Peter (Grades K-5) A costumed adult can retell the Bible lesson by telling it from a first person point of view. Explain to the children that they will meet an actor or someone pretending to be a person in our lesson. Peter can be sitting in a boat while telling the story if desired. Have the boat or a box made into a boat sitting on a blue tablecloth or towel. Peter: My name is Peter. I am one of Jesus’ disciples from a long time ago. I have an amazing event to tell you about Jesus. You see, before Jesus died on the cross and rose again, he spent a lot of time with me and the other disciples. One time, Jesus told us to get into our boat and go on ahead of him to the other side of the lake while he went to pray by himself. We did what Jesus said and got into the boat and started across the lake. But night came and it got dark and windy and stormy. The boat began to rock. Can you imagine what it was like on a boat during a wind storm? While Peter shakes the boat back and forth, have the children make the sound of wind and rain by blowing and whistling with their mouths and slapping their hands against their legs or the floor. We were worried because Jesus was still alone praying and we were way out on the lake as he told us. Just then, we saw someone walking across the lake on top of the water, heading straight for us! “It’s a ghost!” we said and starting yelling out because we were so afraid! But it wasn’t a ghost. It was Jesus walking on the water! He said to us, “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” We were so relieved that it was Jesus! Then I got brave. I said to Jesus, “Lord, if it is you, then tell me to come to you on the water.” And Jesus told me to come! I couldn’t believe it! I climbed out of the boat and started walking on the water! Climb out of the boat and start to walk on the “water.” Just as I started to walk on the water, the wind blew again. Have the kids make wind sounds. I was very frightened of the wind and the storm, and I started to sink into the water. Drop to knees on “water” and thrash around. I was so scared that I had to tell Jesus I needed help. I said, “Lord, save me!” Jesus instantly reached out and grabbed my arm and saved me. Stand up on the water. Then Jesus said to me, “You of little faith, why did you doubt me?” I felt very, very sorry that I had doubted Jesus. I should have known he would take care of me. Then we climbed into the boat and all of the other disciples were amazed. Climb back into boat and sit down. The wind disappeared and we all began to worship Jesus saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.” When I was frightened on that lake, I knew Jesus was the one person who could help me. That is still true for you today. Even though Jesus may not be here where you can see him, he still helps us every day. When you are scared or afraid, tell Jesus! He will always listen to your prayers and help you get through your fears, no matter what. Remember: *When I am scared then I tell Jesus.

Group Learning Game: Map of Sea of Galilee (Grades 3-5) Purpose: To stimulate a group discussion about the topography of Israel and the importance of praying as Jesus did. Procedure: Print out a copy of the Topographical Map of Israel below. Locate the following: Jerusalem; Dead Sea, Jordan River; Sea of Galilee, Capernaum, mountains surrounding the Dead Sea and Sea of Galilee. Review the lesson background that Jesus and his disciples had just finished teaching and preaching in the dry desert area north of the Sea of Galilee. Jesus told his disciples to row back across the lake to Capernaum. The map shows the wind currents as they blow across the mountains and down toward the Mediterranean Sea. Discuss how the wind currents could easily blow up a violent storm on the Sea of Galilee. Note the mountainous area where Jesus went to pray. Talk about Jesus’ prayer life. Emphasize that Jesus prayed daily and spent time with His Father in heaven. Discuss the importance of us praying if it was necessary that Jesus prayed.

Group Learning Activity: Water's Up and Down Object Lesson Say: "In the lesson Peter went through some very scary moments of walking on a raging sea. We are going to do an experiment today that shows us how water can do some very strange things." Procedure: (1) Hold up a pitcher of water. Discuss how water when it is combined with wind can be very dangerous. Explain the damage that a hurricane can cause to ships at sea or buildings along a shore line. Explain that in this science experiment we are going to see how water can do some strange things. (2) In a cake pan, anchor a candle with modeling clay. Then pour about a cup of water into the pan taking care not to get the candle wick wet. (3) Turn a large clear plastic jar upside down over the candle in the water. Ask the children to predict what will happen to the water in the glass when you place the glass over the candle. The water gets pushed out of the jar as you lower the glass over the candle. The jar looks empty except for the candle. Ask the children what they think is keeping the water out. (Air pressure) (4) Ask if anyone can think of a way to get the water to rise into the jar without touching it. Wait for guesses. Then ask: "I wonder what would happen if I light the candle. Lighting the candle reminds me that Jesus is the light of the world. As long a Peter kept his eyes on Jesus he was able to rise above the waves. Seeing Jesus gave him the confidence to do the impossible." While everyone is watching, the teacher lights the candle and places the jar over the lit candle. The water will quickly rise inside the jar and the candle will slowly go out. Say: "Look at that! Did you see what happened? The water rose inside the jar and then the candle went out. Actually I know what happened. The pressure of the air in the jar before the candle was lit is what kept the water out of the jar. Fire needs oxygen in order to burn and air contains oxygen. So, when we put the jar over the lit candle, it burned until it used up all the oxygen. With no oxygen left in the jar, the pressure on the water outside the jar was greater than the pressure on the water inside the jar, forcing the water to rise inside the jar. So something that didn't seem possible inside the jar--actually happened. Things that seem impossible can actually happen when God wants them to. Sometimes we can explain how things happen and sometimes God does things we can't explain at all--like walking on water. God is really awesome. This lesson reminds us that when things are really bad, God is able to take care of us. In this lesson Jesus really worked three miracles: walking on water himself; making Peter walk on water; and then finally calming the storm when they were both back in the boat. Jesus has all power over everything. He is the Son of God and we can trust Him too. Just like Peter and the disciples, we can know that He will take care of us and comfort us in scary and troubling situations. " Be sure to test the experiment! Test the experiment to make sure the height of the candle is accurate for the size of jay you are using. If the candle is too tall in proportion to the jar the flame will go out almost immediately and the water will not rise enough for it to be dramatic. You may need to cut the candle down so that there is a good inch of clearance between the top of the candle and the inside top of the jar.

Group Learning Activity: Row , Row, Row Your Boat Game (Grades K-5) Supplies: masking tape, plastic play hoops (one per team); small tarp approximately 8 ft. X 10 ft.; 40 balloons; spray water bottles, Bible. Rope circles can be substituted for the plastic hoops. Plastic hoops are more fun and challenging. Preparation: Blow up the balloons. Use masking tape to mark of a large square playing area, The bigger the square, the more challenging the game. Place the tarp in the center of the square and the balloons on the tarp. Place the hoops as shown in the sketch. Say: "In our lesson today the disciples were surprised when they say Jesus come walking on the water toward them in the boat. We are going to play a game where you need to stay in your boat. This game will remind you of the miracle that occurred when Jesus walked on the water. The hoop is your boat."

Procedure: Organize the group into teams of 4-6 players each. Each team should be place on each of the four sides of the square. You can play this game with as few as two teams, each on the opposite sides of the square. give each team a hoop. Have all the members of the team stand in the plastic hoop with the hoop at about waist high. The hoop is the boat. Once your boat has crossed your side line you've entered the water--otherwise known as the splash zone. There is no penalty for getting splashed. Two adults will use spray bottles of water to splash the team as they row their boat. Together you must travel to the center of the square and pick up one balloon. Pick up only one balloon. Once you have your balloon return to you side and drop the balloon. Then go back into the water and retrieve another balloon. Continue to row, row, row your boats until all the balloons are gone. The team with the most balloons on their side at the end of the game wins. Begin the game by shouting, "Row, Row, Row Your Boats!" The larger the group or the older the kids are the more challenging it will be to have everyone work together inside the play hoop. To start the game over, collect the balloons and return them to the center of the square and have groups start on their designated side of the square and begin play again. Tip: If you are playing outside and you want to keep your balloons from blowing away, fill each one with one or two cups of water. Finish blowing up the balloons and knot. To add more excitement to the game equip each team with a spray water bottle. Set the following rule: once squirted the team must return their balloon to the center of the playing area. After the game say: "If you had been in the boat with the disciples what would you have done when you saw Jesus walking on water? Has God ever helped you do something that seemed impossible? What was the most challenging part of today's game? What do you think was the most challenging thing for Peter about stepping out of the boat?"

Craft Learning Activity: Peter on the Water (Grades K-3) Supplies: clear glass canning jar or clear plastic large mouth water bottle for each child (mouth of the of the bottle must be large enough for a ping ball to easily be slipped into the bottle); ping pong ball; permanent black marker; water to fill bottles; adhesive address label. Procedure: Give each child a ping pong ball. Have children draw the face of Peter with a permanent black marker onto the ping pong ball. Fill the jars or clear plastic water bottles half full of water. Place the ping pong ball face of Peter into the jar or bottle. Securely seal the bottle or jar with the lid. The ping pong ball Peter should float on top of the water! Write parts of the lesson or today's Bible verse on an adhesive label or slip of paper to glue or tape to the glass bottle to take home to tell the story to someone else and to remind them to have faith in Jesus! .

Craft Learning Activity: Origami Boats (Grades 3-5) 1. Start with a rectangular piece of paper with the colored side up. (Can use newspaper but boat will float longer

with foil paper or grease proof paper.) Fold in half then open to form a crease. Then fold in half downwards.

Craft Learning Activity: Watercolor Sea Water Painting Supplies: Provide children with watercolor paints and a brush. Crayola makes a 24 count washable watercolor set designed for children that is completely ready to use. Each child will need a sheet of water color art paper. Heavyweight 80 lb. white sulphite paper works well. You will also need a jar of rubber cement and salt. Say: "The sea water was raging when Jesus and Peter walked on the water. We are going to make an impressionistic painting of what the sea water must have looked like in the storm. This picture will help us remember that God promises to rescue us in the storms of life." Purpose of the activity is for children to paint a impressionistic picture of the raging water in the Sea of Galilee. The children may choose to write the memory verse or the scripture reference on their painting after it dries. Procedure: Give each child a sheet of watercolor art paper. This watercolor technique will make a very interesting water effect to the picture. First have the children drizzle fun curlicue lines all over the paper with rubber cement. Let the rubber cement dribble down the applicator brush onto the paper. Suggest that the lines represent the design of the waves going across the lake. Let the rubber cement dry overnight or several days. Then paint over the design with liquid watercolors. While the watercolor is still wet, sprinkle salt over the picture. Do this step quickly before the paper absorbs the watercolor paint. After the paint dries you can rub the rubber cement off with your thumb. It comes off easily and leaves the pure white paper underneath. It makes a great stormy sea picture! The combination of the vibrant water colors, the drizzled white lines from the rubber cement resist, and the mottled texture from the salt are beautiful!

Warning: Be sure to use the rubber cement in a well ventilated room. Open the windows because the rubber cement has a toxic smell.

Snack Learning Activity: Blue Jello Cups Prepare blue jello and serve in clear plastic drinking cups. Use a craft stick inserted into the jello. Draw a face and figure of Peter and/or Jesus on the stick. Say: "Our jello snack represents the water that Jesus and Peter walked on. Review that Peter needed to stay focused on Jesus and have faith in Him in order to walk on water.

Life Application Challenge: Praying for Help Can you think of some situations you need God's help? Maybe you need God's help not be afraid in the dark. Maybe you need His help to do your school work. Maybe you need His help to obey your parents. How does God help us today? Does He reach out His hand to us like Jesus did to Peter? No, God doesn't do that. Jesus is in heaven now but He has sent His Holy Spirit to live and dwell within us. His Holy Spirit uses parents, teachers, or sometimes a Bible verse we know to help us. Remember God is ready to help us right away. Use one of the three following options for children to pray aloud:

Prayer Train: Children line up and step in front of microphone and speak their brief prayers of thanksgiving for a a time that God has helped them.

Prayer Chair: Children stand in a circle around one child sitting in the middle. All the children in the circle will lay a hand on the child sitting in the chair as they say a prayer together.

Popcorn Prayer: The leader moves through the crowd with a microphone and children can voluntarily

pop up and speak their prayer.

Jesus Walks on Water

Matthew 14:22-34 (NIV)

Jesus performed many miracles. One night he even walked on water to meet his disciples who were in a

boat on the Lake. The disciples were very startled to see Jesus walking on the water towards them.

Peter said to Jesus, "tell me to come to you on the water." Jesus said "Come" and Peter got out of the

boat and started to walk on the water toward Jesus. That took a lot of faith. But then he became

afraid because of the wind and began to sink and cried out to the Jesus to save him. Read Matthew

14:31 (NIV) and fill in the blanks below to see what Jesus did and said to Peter.

Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. " You of _ _ _ _ _ _

_ _ _ _ _ ," he said, "why did you _ _ _ _ _?"

Just as Jesus wanted Peter to have greater faith in Him and the power of God so he wants us to have faith

that God will help us to do the things that we know God wants us to do. Read verse 32 and fill in the

blanks to see what the disciples said after Jesus climbed into the boat with them.

"Truly you are the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ "

Lead Jesus through the water maze to reach the disciples in the boat.
