WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO PROVIDE MORE DETAILED GUIDANCE ON THE CONTENT TO BE TAUGHT.

APPLYING THE MARK SCHEMEThe mark scheme has two parts:
- Indicative content
- A generic grid split into mark bands
1. Identify the correct band from the descriptors
2. Select an appropriate mark from how securely the answer sits in the band
3. Use middle mark as a default and either confirm this or look to move to the higher mark in the band or, if necessary, to the lower mark in the band
