ARCHITECT VIEW

are prepared and executed by SMB team.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN
Work execution will be based on structural design provided
by SMB structural consultant.
Foundation design for 2 storey (G+1); Steel (TMT-FE-500) and
cement 53 grade as applicable.
Structure of house will be partially framed structure upto
basement level and superstructure will be load-bearing.
SUPER STRUCTURE
Basement height of building 4’6” from the NGL.
G.F & F.F clear ceiling height 10’0”.
Parapet wall height 3’6” from roof slab concrete finish.
Anti-Termite treatment shall be done at plinth level.
Falg Bricks / Solid concrete blocks for both External & Internal (6”/ 4”).
Cement Mortar in 1:5 &1: 4 proportions.
Plastering with sponge and smooth finishing.
Lofts to be provided on one side of bedrooms and kitchen.
Windows to have sunshade projections wherever necessary as per
SMB drawings.
DOORS AND SHUTTERS
Main door frame (7'0”) will be seasoned B.Teak wood and size of door
frame shall be 150mm x 100mm.
Melamine polished teak paneled shutter for main entrance door with
necessary designed hardware fittings.
Internal Door frames (7'0”) will be country wood and size of the door
frame shall be 125mm x 75mm.
Internal door shutters will be flush door with Laminated finish;
SS-mortise lock & tower bolt / hinges in P.C
WINDOWS
All windows would be P.C Aluminium sliding/openable type with
pinned glass (5mm) and M.S Frame Grill.

HOUSE AREA
Drawing, Living and Dining; Vitrified tiles (600 x 600mm) with skirting.
Bedrooms and Kitchen; Vitrified tiles (600 x 600mm) with skirting.
Toilets and Utility; Anti-skid Ceramic tiles (300 x 300mm) flooring.
KITCHEN WITH UTILITY
Black granite platform with stainless steel sink & RCC slab for support.
Ceramic tiles dado (450mm x 30mm) upto 2'0”above platform.

Glazed Ceramic tiles for wall cladding upto 7'0” height.
