The programs will be con- ducted by Murdock Mitchell, sales representative from Niagara - Mohawk Power Corp. and David Bensley, rural sales representative of New York State Electric and Gas Corp. Mr. Mitchell will be working with the leaders who will be teaching the electrical fun- damentals project. Included in this program will be a presentation of "Better Light, Better Sight." He will show the importance of approved lighting lamps for home study centers using training aids from Niagara - Mohawk Power Corp. and also materials available from the 4-H Office. Mr. Bensley will be working with the "Facts About Fuses and Wires" project. This is the second year program in 4-H Electric. The leaders attending these meetings will return to their local clubs throughout Niagara County, where each may work with two or three to 15 youngsters, both boys and girls enrolled in the 4-H electric program, according to Daniel W. (UPI)—Co- ordinated drug raids led to the arrests of 10 persons in two lo- cations Tuesday night and the confiscation of an estimated $9,000 in narcotics. Police said six persons, in- cluding three high school stu- dents were arrested at a house which was termed a major dis- tribution point. Four others were* arrested in a second raid. The rate for off-peak service. Special Provision (a), has been changed to provide a net charge of 1.3 cents per KWH for all use over SO KWH. Special Provision lb). Heating Service, has been revised to provide for a net rate of 1.37 cents per KWH for use in excess of 550 KWH per month. The minimum charge has been changed to $1.20 net per month per meter and not less than an average rate of 1.85 cents net per KWH. The minimum charge for seasonal service as provided for In this Service Classification and also In the General Information Schedule hos been changed to $14.40. Service Classification No. 2, applicable to general service throughout the entire territory, has been changed to provide net monthly demand charges of $1.20 per KW for the next 5 KW In excess of the first 5 KW and $1.10 per KW for all use over 10 KW. The energy charge has been changed to provide for net monthly rates as follows: First 12 KWH or less, $1.20 next 158 KWH at 3.65 cents per KWH, next 830 KWH at 2.56 cents per KWH, next 1,000 KWH at 1.36 cents per KWH, nexf 8,000 KWH at 1.13 cents per KWH, next 10,000 KWH at 0.92 cents per KWH, over 20,000 KWH at 0.81 cents per KWH and over both 200 hours use of billing demand and 20,000 KWH at 0.5 cents per KWH. Special Provision (a). Space Heating Service, has been changed to provide a net rate of 1.37 cents per KWH. The minimum charge has been changed to $1.20 net per month plus $1.25 net per KW of maximum demand established during the preceding 12 months in excess of the first 5 KW. Service Classification No. 3, applicable to primary service throughout the entire territory, has been changed to provide for monthly net demand charges as follows: First 100 KW at $1.50 per KW, next 200 KW at $1.25 per KW, next 700 KW at $1.15 per KW, next 14,000 KW at $1.05 per KW, over 15,000 KW at $.95 per KW. The net energy charges per month have been changed as follows: First 5,000 KWH at 1.00 cents per KWH, over 5,000 KWH up to 200 hours use of billing demand at 0.74 cents per KWH, and all use over 200 hours use of the billing demand at 0.50 cents per KWH. 4-H Electrical Training Session Slated Tonight

E l e c t r i c project leader training meetings will be held at 7:30 p.m. today at the 4-H Training Center.

The programs will be con­ducted by Murdock Mitchell, s a l e s representative from Niagara - Mohawk Power Corp. and David Bensley, rural sales representative of New York State Electric and Gas Corp.

Mr. Mitchell will be working with the leaders who will be teaching the electrical fun­damentals project. Included in this program will be a presentation of "Bet ter Light, Better Sight." He will show the importance of approved lighting lamps for home study centers using training aids from Niagara - Mohawk Power Corp. and also mater ia ls available from the 4-H Office.

Mr. Bensley will be working with the "Fac t s About Fuses and Wires" project. This is the second year program in 4-H Electric.

The leaders attending these meetings will return to their local clubs throughout Niagara County, where each may work with two or three to 15 youngsters, both boys and girls enrolled in the 4-H electric program, according to Daniel W. Connell, Coperative Ex­tension agent 4-H.

Heating Service, has been revised to provide for a net rate of 1.37 cents per KWH for use in excess of 550 KWH per month. The minimum charge has been changed to $1.20 net per month per meter and not less than an average rate of 1.85 cents net per KWH. The minimum charge for seasonal service as provided for In this Service Classification and also In the General Information Schedule hos been changed to $14.40.

Service Classification No. 2, applicable to general service throughout the entire territory, has been changed to provide net monthly demand charges of $1.20 per KW for the next 5 KW In excess of the first 5 KW and $1.10 per KW for all use over 10 KW. The energy charge has been changed to provide for net monthly rates as follows: First 12 KWH or less, $1.20 next 158 KWH at 3.65 cents per KWH, next 830 KWH at 2.56 cents per KWH, next 1,000 KWH at 1.36 cents per KWH, nexf 8,000 KWH at 1.13 cents per KWH, next 10,000 KWH at 0.92 cents per KWH, over 20,000 KWH at 0.81 cents per KWH and over both 200 hours use of billing demand and 20,000 KWH at 0.5 cents per KWH. Special Provision (a). Space Heating Service, has been changed to provide a net rate of 1.37 cents per KWH. The minimum charge has been changed to $1.20 net per month plus $1.25 net per KW of maximum demand established during the preceding 12 months in excess of the first 5 KW.

Service Classification No. 3, applicable to primary service throughout the entire territory, has been changed to provide for monthly net demand charges as follows: First 100 KW at $1.50 per KW, next 200 KW at $1.25 per KW, next 700 KW at $1.15 per KW, next 14,000 KW at $1.05 per KW, over 15,000 KW at $.95 per KW. The net energy charges per month have been changed as follows: First 5,000 KWH at 1.00 cents per KWH, over 5,000 KWH up to 200 hours use of billing demand at 0.74 cents per KWH, and all use over 200 hours use of the billing demand at 0.50 cents per KWH.
