In this job capacity, she demonstrated her qualification by proactively contactinginstrument supplier for technical information and trouble-shooting, by training 3rd partystaff via SOP translation, video interpretation and on-site demonstration.Polaryse also exhibited good team spirit by supporting projects via data entry andvalidation, helping with study logistics and paper work for ethical approval. Also, sheactively supported logistics of 1st Unilever China Dermatology Council Workshop (R&D)through cooperation with a professional PR company.More importantly, Polaryse successfully coordinated the field work of Hair Softness Clinicalto support new claims by working closely with Claims Team, and was acknowledge as acritical contributor to this project.Polaryse showed ambition and motivation to learn and improve to a higher level.

End-year PDP comments:Polaryse exhibited extreme bias for action once assigned a study to implement, in particular, Polaryse OTIFdelivered two pilot studies commended by key stakeholders.Polaryse showed her engagement in cross-category instrument coordination, maintenance and management,as well as her strength in communication and interaction with CRO to ensure Unilever standards are to bemet.Innovation target needs more concrete output for the rest of the year. In the context of sebum as measuredby sebumeter and its relationship to dandruff, a thorough review of P&G’s publications in Chinese can be agood place to quickly start, and share in the lunch seminar.Polaryse needs to continue to further improve her influence on stakeholders. Polaryse has also been verykeen on statistics learning via active interaction with 3P statistician and in house statistician.
