Lean in circles
• Circles are small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and share together
• A Circle can be a monthly roundtable at your house, a lunch or even a virtual meet-up.
Types of meetings
• Education meetings
– Focused on learning new skills
• Exploration meetings
– Focused on sharing experiences and challenges
