ثبت تولددر سال 2007 طرح ثبت تولد يونيسف همچنان به حمايت از فعاليت ها در 12 شهرستاني كه الگوي ابتكاري ثبت تولد جامعه محور در آنها به اجرا درآمده است ادامه داد. با استمرار حمايت هاي يونيسف در اين سال در مقايسه با سال 2006 آمار ثبت تولد در اولين سال زندگي كودكان در سيستان و بلوچستان از 62 درصد به 69 درصد و در هرمزگان از 84 درصد به 86 درصد افزايش يافت. با اين همه دستيابي به هدف تعيين شده،

يعني ثبت 90 درصد تولدها در سه ماهه نخست زندگي، مستلزم تالش و تعهد بيشتر است.

با خط بين المللي ياری كودك در جلسه گسترش طرح ملي خطوط تلفني ياری كودك نقش تسهيلگري را بر عهده گرفت.
