System buy in / coherence. Establish joint planning capacity with mission (“don’t wait for IMPP / HQ directions”). Co-location. Establish joint information analysis / communication unit in RCO (or DSRSC/RC office). Agency secondments to RC office. Expand roster (DGO), diversify profiles, link with Secretariat rosters. Increase joint training of DPKO/DPA/UNDG planners. Increase use of common funds: UNDG Early Recovery Fund
