Two Parts of OG Pay Plan
The Compensation Plan
1. Retail Sales - Profit 100% and More… (Profit between Wholesale Purchase and Retail Sale)
2. Fast Start Bonuses - $20, $80, or $150 (based on the Biz Pack your Personal Associates they start with OG).
3. Dual Team Bonus - 10%, 15%, or 20% (Commissions based of the Weekly New Associates Sign Ups that is generated within the Dual Team).
4. Residual Income / Re-orders - Up to 32% (Based on all the re-orders purchased within your organization up to nine (9) levels.
5. Unilevel Matching Income Checks - Up to 50% (Based on the Unilevel Income Checks of your Associates within your organization up to four (4) levels in depth).
6. Generational Bonus - Up to a total of 14% (Based on the development of Leadership of Sapphire Ranking and above, Unilevel Re-orders up to 4 generations and unlimited depth).
7. Global Bonus Pool - 3% (Sharing three percent of Global
Unilevel Sales, once qualified as a Ruby Consultant and above.)
The Qualification Plan
1. Marketing Associate (Purchasing a BRONZE OG Pack $199.00
OR Enroll 2 Personal Associate within 30 days (400 cv).
2. Supervisor (Enroll 5 Personal Associates within 30 days (600 cv)
3. Consultant (Purchasing a SILVER OG Pack $499.00 OR Enroll 5
Personal Associate within 30 days (1.000 cv).
4. Gold Pack Consultant Purchasing a GOLD OG Pack $1,295 OR
Enroll 5 Personal Associate within 30 days (14.000 cv).
5. Sapphire Consultant (4 Personal Qualified Consultants – Two
on Each Side of Your Dual Team and 14,000 Points along with the 40% Rule within 30 days.
6. Ruby Consultant (6 Personal Qualified Consultants - Three on
Each Side of Your Dual Team and 40,000 Points along with the 40% Rule within 30 days.
7. Emerald Consultant (8 Personal Qualified Consultants – Four
on Each Side of Your Dual Team and 80,000 Points along with the 40% Rule within 30 days.
8. Diamond Consultant (10 Personal Qualified Consultants –
Five on Each Side of Your Dual Team and 200,000 Points along with the 40% Rule within 30 days.

Every associate that enrolls with OGreceives ONLY TWO Business Centers tobuild their organization.
Every new associate joining your DualTeam should be positioned on theEXTREME OUTSIDE sides of your DualTeam.
You will receive a Dual Team BonusCommissions based on the Initial OGBusiness Pack you have purchased.
Dual Team Bonus is paid for all NEWassociates you enroll as well as everyassociate they sponsor. Also, by otherswho have being placed in your DualTeam by other associates above yourposition.
How to Qualify for Your Dual Team Bonus

1. Join OG with any of the 3 Business Packs.
2. Enroll Your FIRST TWO (2) Personal Associates (one on each side of your Dual Team).
3. Maintain personal monthly purchase between 50 – 100 – 200 PV (based on your Rank).
4. Make sure at least a minimum of TWO (2) personal associates are active with a minimum personal minimum purchase of 50 PV (one on each side of your dual team).
5. Produce a minimum of 300 CV commissionable volume, on either side of your dual team.
In the event that your either side of your Dual Team does NOT have a minimum of 300 CV per week, the accumulate volume will remain stored for you to collect on, as long as you comply with the
qualification requirements.
