    Section 2: Rating Period

    The ra南ng period sha= cover two semesters of CY 2019 consisting of six (6) months each

    that run from January to恒ne and july to Decembe「.

    The CESB sha書I provide the Depa巾ment Secretary/Head of the Agency with a summary of

    the pe南叩anCe rating§ Of the RateeOfficiaI§ in the depa同entねgency, COPy fumi§hed the

    Highest Human Resource O範e「 of the Agency.

    The original copy of the CESPES Feedback Repo鴫§ha= be §ent to the Ratee{)範iaI.

    §ection 6: Reopen書ng Of O描ne CE§PE§ for Amendment§ Of Rating§

    Upon receipt of the CESPES Feedback Repor[ by the o簡ciaI焼山ee, the concerned

    O範iaI/ratee may request the CESB to reopen the Online CESPES §y§tem ba§ed on

    merito「ious grounds. The CESB may, uPOn Carefu書evaluation of the reque§t and finding

  • me「it on the grounds cited, reOPen the o砧ne CESPES system and inform the concerned

    帽ters of the schedule w輔n which to compIete amendments on the CESPES ra南ng・

    Amendments a髄e「 the given §CheduIe §hali no Ionger be received no「 entertained by the

    CESB and sha= cause the o碓iaI/融ee to have the latest CESPES r摘ng on record with the

    CESB for the Rating Pe「iod.

    §ection 7: Grievance Mechani§m

    ln case of no鵬OnCur剛Ce bY the描ciaI!ratee to the generated ratings, the o範ial/ratee

    has珊een (凋days w輔n which to appeal w軸the agency′s Pefrormance Management

    Team (PMT) for the purpose of reviewing and amending the CESPES輪ting, COPy fumished

    theCESB.

    The PMT must info「m the CESB of the agreements reached軸owing the脂view of the

    CESPES rating within seven (7) day§千rom the te「mination of the grievance proce§S.

    Section 8: §tep Increment due to Meritoriou§ Performance

    In accordance with the C嗣Service Commis§ion and Department of Budget and

    Management Joint Ci則Iar No. 1, Se「ies of 2012, the maximum numbe「 of employees that

    may be granted St印ln錐men暁due to焼南面0鵬Perfo「man蹄誼any gi准n y鍋r §h拙be
