Aqua Burn Low impact, cardio/toning interval class using plenty of fun pool tools! FREE
Barbell BlastTone and strengthen while increasing the heart rate using barbells in this energy packed, body pump inspired class. Movements targeting the legs, back, chest, shoulders, arms and abs are choreographed to popular music. FREE
Beach Body Bootcamp
You can have a beach-ready body year round! This class will target all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment, incorporating intervals of high intensity cardio training with strength training to leave you feeling tough and strong. FREE
Cardio BoxingThis action-packed workout combines classic boxing punches with cardio bursts like jumping jacks, high knees, and mountain climbers. You get a challenging cardiovascular and full body workout as you kick, punch, and uppercut your way to a fitter you! FREE
Black Bear StrongThis high intensity class will have you pushing yourself to the limits using a variety of equipment and functional movements. Workouts vary weekly and can be modified for various fitness levels. Class is taught by a certified CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. FREE
Cycle XThis class will simulate riding over various types of terrain; hills, flats, intervals and more. A great class for beginner or advanced cyclists. Participants may call (581-1082, press 1) or stop by the front desk up to 1 hour before class to reserve a bike and pass.
Fitness Yoga This class focuses on strength and stability poses using alignment principles, along with breathing & relaxation to keep your body limber and mind clear.
Gentle Yoga Learn the movement principles that form the foundation of yoga practice; breathing, relaxation, strength, flexibility, awareness and energy movement throughout the body. Enjoy a mid-day break.
HIIT It 30 minutes. High Intensity Interval Training is proven to get results in less time. This workout will have you pouring sweat and asking for more! FREE
On the Ball Use stability, BOSU and medicine balls as well as various other equipment for a full body workout focused on mobility and coordination. Cardio, strength, and core included.
Pilates Exercises emphasizing the deep core will strengthen your body, improve your mental and physical well-being, decrease pain, and improve posture.
Power Hour A high-intensity strength and cardio class that targets the entire body and core all in one hour! Utilize body weight exercises as well as functional training equipment. FREE
Roll With ItTake 30 minutes of your day to work on your full-body range of motion through dynamic movements and foam rolling. Foam rolling techniques relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and increase circulation. Come help your muscles recover and increase your flexibility and fluidity for sports performance or activities of daily life. FREE
Stretched Out 30 minutes. Match your fitness with flexibility. We will cover the whole body in a class that focuses on relaxing tight muscles through prolonged stretching. FREE
TGIF Yoga 80 minutes. End the work week with a longer yoga practice, including standing poses, twists, balances, deep stretches and luxurious relaxation. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
TRX StrengthA perfect blend of the TRX suspension training system, kettlebells, and cardio intervals for a full body functional workout. Stamina, strength, and core-what more could you ask for! 6 person limit. Participants may call (581-1082, press 1) or stop by the front desk up to one hour before class to reserve a spot.
Yin YogaYin yoga emphasizes longer holds to stimulate the connective tissues in the body providing a space to open and release. Enjoy the physical and mental benefits of deep, passive stretching to increase flexibility and improve range of motion.

* FitPasses only grant access to Group Exercise classes, not access to the facility. A Full Membership, Early Bird Pass, or Punch Pass is required for FitPass purchase. FitPasses are non-refundable, but may be transferred. If transferred, services must be used before expiration.• Semester FitPass: $55; provides unlimited access to all fee-based group fitness classes; expires at the end of the semester. (Jan 1 - May 31)• Summer FitPass: $40; provides unlimited access to all fee-based group fitness classes; expires at the end of the summer.• Drop-In Pass: $5 for any fee-based group fitness class except when specified.
