The Crush Cutting Machine offers a clean and precise cutting edge. The

crush cut is recommended for laminated materials, interior fabrics,

exterior fabrics, and can also cut solar screens. The table includes a rolling

Semi-Automatic Impulse Welder

The Semi-Automatic Impulse Welding machine is perfect for

manufacturers looking to begin incorporating welded pockets or

joined fabrics into their products. The Semi-Automatic can join

fabrics, weld 8mm seams, and even weld shades wider than the

machine. It has most of the features our Impulse welder does.






The Main Set is the power supply for both the Handheld Welder and the End Sealer. Power requirements are 110V or 220V; it uses a standard outlet, which makes it convenient for our customers.

The Handheld Welder’s compact size

allows manufacturers to transport the

welder to different job sites or carry it

from one side of the work shop to the

Safety Features

The Inspection Hoist is used for one of the most vital parts of the fabrication

process. To make sure the shade was assembled correctly, and running smoothly

our Single and Double Mast Hoists feature a foot pedal that is motorized to lift the

bar that will accurately demonstrate the final product. Safety is always a top

concern, so we have implemented emergency stops so that in the event of a power

outage the lift bar will not dead fall.
