– I think my alternative indie magazine would mostly fit best into the Young Alts section; as its people who don’t want to be involved with main stream society so people like ‘One direction’ and ‘Beyoncé’ they want to have their own opinions and looks and voices, they are seen as not ones to follow the crowds; listening to what may been see as the less popular music as it isn't main stream and way out there.

– Young Alts have a very individual sense of taste and style to their look, they dress very differently and retro; they mainly like to listen to records on their record players and prefer to socialize ace to face rather than constantly being on their phone.

“I don’t really use my phone in a group…if I’m with one or two of my friends and were bored we might go on vine.”
