Example 4 – Systems thinking approach for Private Sector Development in DRC, which includes a two-step process for creation of the Theory of Change. Firstly, a broad contextual analysis of the environment leading to the core outcome (firms don’t start/grow/invest/formalise). Secondly, a ‘compass’ displaying outer circle inputs and their link to outputs and outcomes.
