OUR COFFEE, YOUR PRIVATE LABEL

What does private label mean? You buy it, make it your own and sell it in your coffee bar or deli under your own label. Essentially, you are buying the product from someone else, namely us, and taking ownership of that product with your own branding.

Minimum requirements for private labelling

If you can order in minimum quantities of 25 kilos (100 x 250g retail bags or 25 x 1kg bags or a combination thereof), you are already purchasing enough roasted coffee and can create your own label, you're ready to get going with Private Label.

Who benefits from private labelling?

Espresso Bars, Coffee Bars, Baristas, Hotels, Restaurants, Deli’s and anyone who offers or sells freshly roasted coffee within their business or establishment.

How does private label work?

There are two main options for turning Ue Coffee into Your Private Label:

1. Select one of our existing blends or single origin/estate coffees and we will re-package it with your own label. 2. Customize your own coffee. Ue Coffee Roasters will take you through the “Cupping” process where you will compare

the aromas and flavours of select beans to create your own private blends. Once you have identified your blend or single origin/estate coffee, Ue Coffee Roasters will go to work roasting your beans to create Your Very Own Roast! The next step is packaging your product with your label.

How does the packaging process work?

Just leave that part to us and we'll get the job done. Our packaging is managed completely by us and your products will be packaged and labelled on site at our Witney roastery so there will be no outsourcing. You choose the bag and we even have the capabilities of printing in-house mono or full colour labels, allowing you complete flexibility and control. Your private label coffee will then be shipped or delivered by Ue’s very own delivery vehicles direct to your door.

How much does private label cost?

To cover the additional handling and the printing of your own labels, we will charge an additional 10% surcharge to our standard price list.

LA MARZOCCO PRE-INSTALLATION SPECIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLUMBER, ELECTRICTIAN, ARCHITECT OR DESIGNER, OUTLINING THE SPECIFIC REQUIRMENTS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF A LA MARZOCCO ESPRESO MACHINE

ESPRESSO MACHINE SERVICE AREA A dedicated open space directly under the counter measuring at least W 450mm x H 450mm x D 300mm, for filter, motor and pump. NOT behind a fridge or wall. Thick wood or similar mountable surface required as a counter top with a minimum thickness of 16mm. A 70mm hole through the counter, for water pipes and electrical cables. Hole will be drilled by the technician installing the machine with the exception of concrete, stone or similar worktops. WATER SUPPLY 1 WASTE OUTLET 2 Must be a dedicated cold water outlet and should enter the service area low A 40mm diameter drain-pipe with trap is required. on either side and near to the back surface within 1 meter of the machine. Drain hose from machine to trap will be provided Fitting must be ¾” BSP thread to receive a standard ¾” female water hose. by technician. Filter and housing will be set by technician. A standard 13 Amp supply located close to the espresso machine for the grinder. Motor and pump will be wired and fitted by technician. IMPORTANT NOTE: All additional services should comply with the requirements of the respective regulatory and supply authorities.

Terms of Discount

1. All above discounts are only available on the coffee, tea, cocoa and consumable prices that are

published in the Ue Coffee Roasters Buying Guide and are not available on machine sales or any established pre-renegotiated net consumable prices.

2. Discounts are only offered to customers with credit accounts where the account has a history of operating within our payment terms of 30 days from invoice date.

TRADE TERMS

Payment Terms & Penalties for Late Payment

Equipment Orders

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing from Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd, payment will always be required at point of placing your machine order.

• Machine orders will only be accepted when we have received writing confirmation detailing your requirements either in writing, email or by confirmed official purchase order.

• A machine order can only be confirmed as being received if you are in receipt of written confirmation that your order has been received by us. If you have not received written confirmation there is no guaranteed that we are in receipt of your order.

• All equipment orders will only be processed and released if payment has been sent with order, or alternatively confirmation of approved funds are available from a leasing company for any equipment being supplied. Customers ordering equipment with an established credit account with Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd will still be required to settle all equipment invoices prior to installation.

Customers With a Credit Account

• Our credit terms are that all invoices are paid strictly within 30 days from every invoice date. Any customer requiring additional terms can only do so, if this has been pre-agreed and you have received written confirmation directly from Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd that this is acceptable.


• All customers applying for credit with our company will automatically undergo a credit search with Credit Safe UK Ltd which is supported by Experian. After these searches have taken place a credit limit will be established subject to satisfactory references. All credit limits will be confirmed to you in writing once available.

• Statements of account will be issued monthly but no further reminders being sent. We reserve the right to automatically levy interest without notice on all overdue accounts at a rate of 4% per day. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that remittances are received by our accounts department by the due date.

• Any customers account that exceeds 60 days from invoice date will automatically be placed on stop. Customers accounts that exceed our terms by 90 days or more will automatically be closed and your account may be passed onto a debt collection company for recovery which will incur additional costs and interest. Adverse credit information for late payment will automatically be reported to Experian and Equifax by our accounts system when an account enters 80 days after invoice date.

• All credit accounts and payment history will be recorded with adverse information being reported to all Credit Reference Bureaus. Repeated failure to make payments on time may affect your ability to apply for credit at a later date and your credit balance with our company may be withdrawn or reduced at any time.

• A fee of £50.00 plus VAT will be charged for any cheque that is returned unpaid by your bank and your credit account will automatically be suspended or placed on hold.

• Until payment is made in full to Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd any goods, spare parts, consumables and services supplied will remain the property of Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd but the risk therein and liability to third parties in respect thereof shall pass to the purchaser on delivery.

Deliveries & Placing of Orders - UK Mainland

• Deliveries will be made by own livery or Interlink Express, and will generally be delivered between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days from placing of order. You may request specific delivery days - times, which may be subject to additional charges as detailed below.

• Ue Coffee Roasters Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss of revenue resulting from late, delayed or lost orders when the order is being shipped by our third party carrier Interlink Epxress.

• Orders for dispatch same day must be placed by 11AM Monday - Friday.

• Special delivery requests may incur additional charges. Additional delivery upgrade premiums are as follows: Before 10.30am: £7.50 Before 12am: £6.00 Saturday Delivery: £15 (plus an additional timed premium) Booked in service: £15.00

• We recommend that all orders over the value of £500.00 are confirmed either by an email or purchase order addressed directly too [email protected]

• Our minimum order value is £100.00 for end-user customers. Any orders received that fall below the minimum order value will incur an automatic delivery charge - £7.80 + VAT.

• Claims for shortages or damages should be made at time of delivery. Any claim received after 24 working hours after delivery may be refused. Goods delivered as ordered in a satisfactory condition can only be accepted for return after prior agreement and will be subject to a handling charge of 20% minimum.

• Prices are correct at time of quotation and every effort will be made to maintain prices but tax charges, market and exchange rate fluctuations and variations in raw materials costs may necessitate immediate changes
