1. Participants are only eligible for this Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) when they purchase a minimal value of $25 selected NESTLE® products (“Selected Nestle Products”) at the participating Giant outlets in Singapore between 31st July to 27th Aug 2015 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”). Purchases of Selected Nestle products must be on nett purchases within a single receipt. Multiple entries can be submitted but no accumlation of receipts allowed. 2. The contest is organized by Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd and is open to all Singapore residents except employees and immediate families of Nestlé Singapore (Pte) Ltd, our advertising agencies, Giant Hypermarket & Supermarket.

3. Participants must submit this completed Lucky Draw Form, together with a single original Giant receipt via post by 4th Sep 2015 to qualify for the Lucky Draw. Proof of submission is not a proof of receipt. Nestle Singapore is not responsible for any lost or damaged entries.

4. The Selected Nestle Products have to be purchased within the Promotional Period. All winner will be notified by letter or any medium as determined by Nestle Singapore (Pte) Ltd. Any prizes unclaimed by 1 month from date of notification will be conclusively forfeited and such forfeiture shall be dealt at Nestle Singapore discretion in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Nestle Singapore reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.

6. Nestle Singapore has the right at any time to substitute any prize with prizes of similar value as determined by Nestle Singapore, without notice to you. Prizes won are given out on an ‘as it is’ basis, and are not transferable, or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. All warranties and representations in connection with the prizes are expressly excluded to the extent not prohibited by law. Winners are responsible for collecting in person any prizes won, and agree to comply with and be bound by all terms and conditions which the Prizes may be subject to.

7. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 9th Sep 2015 at Nestle Singapore (Pte) Ltd, 15A Changi Business Park Central 1, 05-02/03, Eightrium@Changi Business Park, Singapore 486035 at 1500 hour.

8. Only submitted original receipts and Lucky Draw Form(s) that are complete and correct as deemed by Nestle Singapore will be deemed as eligible. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Nestle Singapore decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion and Entry form are final.

9. By participating in this Promotion or submitting the Lucky Draw Form to Nestle Singapore, participants agree that Nestle Singapore and its affiliated companies and business units may collect and use your personal data for the following purposes: promotional and marketing purposes; to verify if you qualify for our promotion or contest which you may participate in from time to time; and to provide you with benefits of our promotion or contest which you may participate in from time to time.
