The Natural Park of Las Ubiñas-La Mesa is in the Principality of Asturias It is in Teverga´s municipality.
Situation.
The Ubiña´s massif has got 2.400 metres. (Picos del Fontán and Peña Ubiña).

Flora.
The 65 porcent of Ubiña's land is forest, beach and oak.11 series of plants are here.Hayedo: it’s the most important and representative forest.

Fauna.
The most important animal is: the cantabric’s brown bear. In the woodland: Cantabrian capercaillie.The high mountain area alpine sparrow and the red rock partridge.
