To: Silver State III, Dan Gertsch From: Gary Wean Re: The 4-page letter you received from Sen.

Robert Dole, a copy of which you sent to me [see box].

Dole starts off his letter by saying to you, “My Fellow American”. Well, right here and now is the time to make Dole’s terrible lies and deception clear- lies that in his arrogance he does not even hesitate to put in writing.

First, Senator Dole, the Senate Majority Leader is not a

Robert Dole is, and has been for many years, a secret, paid agent of the ADL Mishpucka, a sneak saboteur and provocateur who sinisterly uses his high office to treasonously take deadly actions to destroy America and to grievously harm American citizens.

On the first page of his letter Dole talks of his, “good friends at the judicial Selection Monitoring Project (JSMP)“.

Dole further states, “as your Senate Majority Leader, I work closely with JSMP”, etc., etc. Well, the JSMP is an ADL Mishpucka organization that gets its orders direct from Israel. The JSMP is a special nroiect of the phony “Free Congress Foundation” which is a 50 l(c)3 tax exempt, so-called “non-profit” organization. JSMP and the Free Congress Foundation are just two more of the thousands of ADL Mishpucka outfits like the phony Simon Weisenthal (Holocaust) Center which is also operating under the tax-exempt 5Ol(c)3 “non-profit” racket. The Simon Weisenthal scam under the opera- tion of a ratty little Rabbi named Marvin Hier, which just stole another S 10 million from the taxpayers with Sen. Dole’s help. Remember in my previous “Notice to the People” I explained how this mentally sick little Jew, Marvin Hier, along with Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley, extorted millions of dollars from the Coors Brewery Co. All of these people are ADL Mishpucka gangsters who couldn’t survive without the thievery and connivance of Robert Dole and the rest of the Senators.

Still on page one of Dole’s letter he states, “As your Senate Majority Leader, I work closelv with JSMP to make pure our courts have judges who rule according to the etc., etc. Dole continues by saying, “Just look at two Clinton nominees who became judges when the Democrats ran the Senate.”

Dole’s above statement is the proof, as if we needed more proof, that there is no difference between the crooked Democrat Party and the crooked Republican

taxes to voluntary prayer in schools7 I don’t. And neither do my good friends at the Judicial Selection Monitoring Project (JSMP). As your Senate Majority Leader, 1 work closely with JSMP to make sure our courts have judges who rule

according to the rather than their own notions of justice. Our courts are not the place for liberals who want to act as social workers or judges who believe in the

rights of criminals rather than victims. Think this can’t happen? Just look at two Clinton nominees who became judges when the Democrats

ran the Senate: who signed an opinion to overturn the death sentence of a gang leader who sent a

grisly audio tape to a mother detailing the murder of her son. Now

who opposes pre-trial detention ofviolent criminals, even though 80% of state inmates have previous convictions and 30% of criminals out on bail are re-arrested for other felonies while awaiting trial.

Shouldn’t they follow the laws we have rather than create new ones? Judges that rule without a political or social bias have been an underpinning of our entire culture. And

we could lose this in a court system run by activist judges appointed by Bill Clinton’s White House. That’s why I need your help today. You can make sure no more Barketts or Sarokins make it to your

Kozinsky to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. Alex

Kozinsky is one of the most evil, vicious, anti-Ameri- can Jew thugs from Russia to get on the federal bench since Jimmy Carter appointed Stephen Reinhardt to the Ninth Circuit Court.

In 1985, honest loyal citizens all over the United States did everything in their power possible to advise

the U.S. Senate of Kozinsky’s evil, treasonous judicial acts and to prevent him from being confirmed.

Loyal federal employees came forward and testified to Kozinsky’s crimes knowing that they were jeopar- dizing their jobs and their careers.

With Senator Robert Dole backing Kozinsky along with other Senators who call themselves conservatives, Kozinsky was confirmed. He immediately caused re- venge to be taken on the loyal federal employees who had opposed him.

In 1987, along with an associate, I traveled to Washington, D.C. and, at that time, I personally hand delivered a copy of my book and a Petition to each and every one of the 100 U.S. Senators, Robert Dole being one of them. The Petition was from the people pleading with the U.S. Senate to investigate judicial corruption in the Ninth Circuit and to protect the people from gangster judges who were involved in every crime from murder, mayhem, stealing the people’s property, drugs,

Senate for some time. Their resourceful and efficient staff makes sure the judicial rulings and records of Clinton nominees

are not “sanitized” by the White House and ignored by the liberal news media. These full judicial track records are then hand delivered to every Senator and the news media with

protecting your rights in mind. But. this in not as simole as it sounds. It can take weeks or months to thoroughly review just one nominee. And right now there is an

immediate backlog of 85 vacant judgeships in our federal system. And there are probably 200 more Clinton

nominations to review and process over the next 18 months. With the Senate in session about 38 weeks each year-you can see we are counting on JSMP to help us

cover a lot of ground in a short time. Bill Clinton knows time is short. He is working hard to push as many nominations through the system

as he possibly can. He knows he has the raw power to nominate as many as 340 of his friends to lifetime

jobs as federal judges-creating the most permanent legacy of his political agenda. If his handpicked liberal activists slip through our screening process it could subvert the will of the

voters, because as judges, they could reject laws and reforms passed by Congress as unconstitutional in their eyes.

JSMP clearly understands this threat and is there to carefully and fairly scrutinize the judicial record of Clinton nominees placed before the Senate.

Presidents, regardless of political party, used to place nominees before the Senate who put the first and left their personal views at home. But ever since the liberals destroyed Judge Robert

Bork’s nomination to the Supreme Court they have worked overtime in their bid for a “hostile takeover” of our federal courts.

I cannot let this happen. or even $50 to JSMP today.

WY? Because Bill Clinton has 85 vacant seats in the federal judicial system that he wants to fill with his

activist friends. With hundreds more to come. Believe me, their vision of America is much different than yours or mine when it comes to crime

prevention to taxes to voluntary prayer in school. Our best hope for keeping Bill Clinton’s friends from

becoming federal judges is to tell the whole truth about their prior judicial records. That’s what JSMP does best. They make sure that his nominees’ past judicial rulings and records are

not “sanitized” by the White House and ignored by the liberal media. Their real judicial track records are

made available to the full Senate and the news media, with you, the American voter, in mind. I hope you will take this opportunity to send $20, $25, or even $50 to JSMP. Their work is important

Joel is insolent; he flaunts his life-style. Thereby hangs the tale: a group of ten Harvard University scientists working at New England Regional Primate Research Center, in Southborough, Mass. discovered under their electron microscopes a virus in blood cells of Rhesus monkeys identical to human AIDS. With identical it kills monkeys and humans. With their microscopes laying bare the scientists note: “The Rhesus monkeys dying from the immune-deficiency syndrome formerly lived in group cages where both heterosexual and homosexual rela- tions and the eating of feces and spraying of urine were frequent.” The scientists were reluctant to admit that the world millions of corpses laying in the streets. Chaos...! Chaos...! From every conceivable direc-

tion, the American industry is being attacked and destroyed by the international trade conspiracy. Danc- ing to the Mishpucka’s tugs on his strings, President Reagan cons the people: “Low priced shoes are saving the American people millions of dollars.” This clever glib coming while our American factories close and thousands of people are put out of work. A thirty-five-year-old Jew born in Russia, Kozinsky became a lawyer for President Reagan and a law clerk to Chief Justice Warren Burger. This treasonous Mishpucka actually ghost-wrote that were made by the Chief Justice of the United States.

The Mishpucka strategy never changes. Gov. Dukmejian’s Annual Report to the Legislature regard- ing Organized Crime in California is a lengthy docu- ment prepared by Attorney General Van de Kamps’ Bureau of Organized Crime and Civil Intelligence. The report uses the same old worn-out Mishpucka propaganda they used on Carlos Marcello; they called him, “The King of the New Orleans Mafia”. All-they need is an Italian name-this time it’s a half-assed bookmaker, Peter John Milano. In the report, Milan0 is labeled “The new Boss of Southern California’s Crime Family”. I’ve been hospitalized and attempts made on my life including attempting to blow up my vehicle, My wife suffered. I suffered a loss of my wife as a result of that. After four years I have been able to unseal that affidavit. I do not have the evidence; it is still considered national secu- rity. What the unsealing has done, it has basically been discovered to be a signed confession by federal agents and the U.S. Government in that they made a very, very strong case to the Magistrate in 1990 before anyone was harmed in Operation Desert Storm. And in the docu- ment, they actually are confessing now. What they are stating is they knew what was going to take place in the Persian Gulf. They knew about these weapons. They knew about gas mask penetration. They know all of these things that we’ve just been talking about and how the biologicals were developed and delivered on our troops with the mask penetration agent, Prussian Blue. If you remember when CNN aired some of the goings on about the Gulf War, there were some question brought up to President Bush as to why he did not wish to change the gas masks of the American forces to the same type of quick-change gas mask filters that the coalition forces had. And, of course, the public did not understand why. It really didn’t matter whether you

had a ten-second filter that you could change or a thirty-minute filter-it didn’t have anything to do with it. You were going to get your dose either way. So, there were many things that took place during the war that, again, we just did not know, as far as the public.

This was after they had relieved me of docu- ments and they were doing the “what if they didn’t get it all?” As Joyce Riley told you, when she tried to call for a Congressional investigation with my documents, the only thing the National Security Agency wanted to know was, did they get all the copies of Peter Kawaja’s evidence? President Clinton, apparently, turned over the evidence to the Dept. of Defense, and they issued a case number to me-95L59724 and opened up a case under my name regarding the Persian Gulf War. still have immunity. Now, what happened with this response, I was given one day to respond. The judge- they pulled a trick-there are many illegalities they’ve done against me. I am fighting these powerful people- but it proves that they cannot fight me or fight the truth. When they responded with this, the judge then sent a separate order, ordering me and giving me one day to respond to their Motion to Dismiss. I fooled them and walked into the federal building and filed a two-and-a- half-inch-thick document with evidence, within the one day. Two days later I received a telephone call from the judge’s secretary. They canceled the hearing that was to take place in another two days; this was in March of 1995. I filed a Motion for Continuance they are in Default and have not continued. What they are doing is stalling either to kill me or hope that this will go away, or in fact, when they did that Notice it was done in March. And, conveniently, the Dept. of Defense issues me on March 29, a case number all of a sudden. So, what they are saying is that there is an ongoing investigation on criminals and on terrorists and that is the way they can keep my evidence as national security. Because as long as they claim there is an on-going investigation they cannot unseal any documents.

Jeff: It sounds almost like, Peter, they could also volleyball you around until the cows come home, if they really wanted to. It’s got to be very frustrating for you. You’re an extremely courageous man, brave; I don’t know what word to even give you. But, you are obvi- ously a man of great resolve and integrity and I think they know that.

Peter: Yes, they tried to buy me. I was offered, through another deal, a hundred-million dollars. I was offered untold sums of money. I was even recently offered a contract with the V.A., of all people, which I turned down. That was something that came through the President’s office, I won’t go into greater detail. But, this was an attempt to buy me off with a lucrative contract if I were to help Desert Stormers, of course, and compile the evidence for the government to help

them to save these Gulf War veterans. Well, I don’t need to do that because I am helping Gulf War veterans and I am not going to collect the evidence for the same government that is trying to kill Americans.

As a result, if you would check, there have been so many outbreaks since the Persian Gulf Wa& Now, what the government is preparing everyone for is-1 saw a TV program about two weeks ago and they are admitting or preparing America that it is not IF but WHEN will there be a world-wide outbreak. And they are trying to say that it is because of this international air travel that somebody is going to bring back the Ebola. In fact, all of these are warfare agents that weretested on people and in foreign countries. And it is not such, as Christians try to

believe, that this God is punishing, like with AIDS, people of sin. It is, these are man-made weapons of war, including the HIV, and of course you know there are thousands of different strains of HIV.

Jeff There are 2003 at last count that have been identified by the Pasteur Institute, not all of which are fatal but certainly each one of those organisms mutates quickly.

Peter: There you go. All of this is part of a plan by design and, of course, it leads into what we call the New World Order Plan. Sort of a cleansing, an ethnic cleansing. It is a also a way to kill off or-most of the military is so sick. It is not just a matter of a few. And, of course, there are 300,000 foreign troops or U.N. troops in the United States almost making it a one-to- one where, on every military base if you’ve got a real American, you’ve got also some sort of foreigner there sitting side-by-side which is very disturbing to me. Very disturbing to me.

Jef’fz At the very least. Time for our last break. Peter, many many people, maybe millions, have CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). Certainly not all of that came from the Gulf War, or do you think most of it did?

Peter: Well, again, I would be foolish to try to be the expert to say that but yes, as far as I’m concerned unless it was prior to 1990, the Chronic Fatigue Syn- drome as it is out there today is as the result of the Persian Gulf War. And that’s sad because it will not end with just that. That is the beginning of the symp- toms.

I’d like to get something about Congress and John Scheibel. in 1991, when I tried to do an expose with

and joint- venture, don’t know if you remember seeing me on but I appeared there with Ted Koppel.

Jeff: No, I missed that. Peter: It was brief and they did a partial expose

about this. When I questioned them about why they really didn’t do a hard-hitting show they responded to me that, “We did not want to topple the entire U.S. Government.”

Jeff: (Laughter.) Peter: That’s kind of like what ABC did, but I think

they were on a fishing trip to find out what I know. They did some sort of expose and for that I’m thankful. But, as a result of that I got a call from John Scheibel and he is on the sub-committee of International Eco- nomic Policy and Trade investigating the army of Iraq, and he asked me one question. “Who are you more afraid of.. .” -by the way, Mr. Scheibel, I tape recorded that call. “ . . . Who are you more afraid of, George Bush or Saddam Hussein?” I replied, “George Bush.” Scheibel immediately said, “Do not try him in the media,” and hung-up. Within three months my wife died, amongst other people. I would like to also the question: is the public aware that Ron Brown is the U.S. Arms vice-president of marketing7 Are you aware of that and does the American public know that U. S. Arms operates out of the Pentagon? What is the agenda of the U.S. Government or U.S. Arms? I’d Eke to read you an open letter, very short, a couple sentences, from Presi- dent Clinton. And every president, as they get elected, miraculously become the C.E.O. of U. S. Arms. So, here is the statement. [Quoting:]

To Our Shareholders: Strong growth in lean years is the hallmark of

competitiveness and U.S. Arms has had a very competi- tive year. Some shareholders were worried by my campaign promise to press for strong international limits on the dangerous and wasteful flow of weapons to troubled regions. But I can assure you that I have held fast to the course set by former C.E.0.s Ronald Reagan and George Bush. The end of the Cold caused a drop in both domestic and global arms de- mand. U.S. Arms has responded by spending share- holder money to develop export markets in Asia and the Middle East. As a result, our share of global conven- tional arms agreements rose from 17 percent in 1988,

Page 10

(two years prior to the Gulf War), to 70 percent in 1993. And, thanks to the efforts of our marketing team, the majority of our 1993 sales were to a promising new market, the developing world. In order to insure stability, unelected governments and developing coun- tries feel the need to acquire more arms. (Oh, God.) We are reaching out to them vigorously; where we once catered to Cold War political allegiances, we now aggressively respond to supply and demand. With Russia, our major competitor, still severely crippled, we can look forward to several years of spectacular growth. [End quoting.]

Jeff: An astonishing letter. It’s amazing. Peter: Amazing, isn’t it. Jeff: Yes, you know you mentioned a lot of names

earlier in this program. Names that have been around for many years. They continue to play musical chairs

with this cast of characters-I don’t want to call them ghouls, but-they certainly are involved in some pretty ghoulish business, according to you.

Peter: These are not allegations. Again, docu- ments back this up and personal experience backs it up. That’s exactly what you have. It’s lateral shifting. People get put into positions. You know, if you are in the private sector in a business, you become general manager or president because you work your way up and you’ve done good. It seems that in the government, if you are moved into a position, it is because you’ve done bad or you’ve got skeletons so that the powers that be can control you. That’s kind of how Janet Reno got shifted. The CIA Director gets shifted, John Deutch, involved in biological weapons. All of these people are

players in these great crimes. It is just so very sad. I have very little to hold onto. I hold onto this only through my faith and only because I am avenging the death of my wife and the death of all Gulf War veterans and Americans and the atrocities. I know that one day I will die. It is a matter of time that they will kill me. I want the public to know that, no matter, if they have evidence and a video recording of Sister Mary Theresa standing over my dead body and a signed confession from her, I want the American people to know that I will die at the hands of my own government or, suppos- edly, the government of America. And I am wondering who the good guys are any more. So, I’d just like to make that statement. I live every day knowing that today could be my last. And it almost has been several times. And I’ve been in exile ns a political prisoner in

this country that is supposedly n free nation. That’s basically where it’s at. I am not going to quit. I can’t quit because too many people are dying and it is a nation-wide outbreak at this stage and America needs to wake up and it is not a matter of getting mad. I am not a member of militia group, although I support them. I am not suggesting that people take up arms. I am saying, “You better get ready because this is going to be something devastating, along with what’s coming down with the New World Order.” For those who do not understand what it is or why, you need to read the

You need to start finding out what’s going on in this country. It is just too lengthy to cover here. That’s basically my statement.

* Peter Kawaja, a security specialist, was awarded a million-dollar security contract to provide a com- puter-based system for PIT, and was prime security contractor to IBI, providing bodyguards and other physi- cal services. Kawaja was then asked (after being contracted) to install a

One of the special strains of HYDROGEN CYANIDE called Russ&n was being on Gas Mask Filters at the Florida Product Ingredient Technology (P-I-T) plant, for “gas mask penetration”- over n year prior to the Gulf War.

The PIT plant was financed/engineered by the same Dr. Barbouti/IBI (Ishan Barbouti International), builder of the chemical/biological com- plex, at Rabta, LIBYA.

* Former President George Bush, James Baker III, John Deutch (now CIA Director), had financial interests in some of the companies which developed/ sold/transferred these weapons to IRAQ. Yes-whilst being Commander-in-Chief, President Bush was arm- ing Saddam Hussein with these weapons of mass de-

struction, and two years later, “knowing” that (but the American Public did not)-placed American Forces in harms way.

Kawaja became suspicious and took his con- cerns to the CIA/FBI/CUSTOMS, and operated for the government under n code name because he was told that these people (IBI) were “international terrorists”, and the government was going to prosecute them. This was

in 1989, prior to any war, or anyone losing their life. Kawaja soon found however, that U.S. intelligence and the U.S. Government were acting in a joint venture with these same terrorists. Kawaja obtained video and audio recordings of these terrorists, federal agents and politicians (calls to/from the U.S., London, Baghdad), along with paper documents, and intercepted fax transmissions (originating from Switzerland) regard- ing the Commodity Credit

(CCC-BNL). Wanting to believe the entire government was not involved in this conspiracy, Kawaja sent a Federal Express package to code name M323CF at the on July 16, 1990. Kawaja issued a warning of Iraqi intelligence operating inside the U.S., and in close proximity to a U.S. Clas- sified Military Facility, and then asked these fatal questions:

- “Is our military in a joint venture with IBI to develop chemical/biological weapons for the U.S.?“, and then the big one,

- “Does the President know?” (as George Bush had priorly used the excuse: “I was left out of the loop,” when he was accused of being involved in other heinous crimes.)

Jeff: Peter Kawaja, incredible.- Breathtaking, heartrending story you’ve just told us. You’re not selling anything. You’re not out to profit. You’ve been offered huge amounts of money to shut up. You’ve lost your wife. How do you suggest the average America try

to better him or herself7 Peter: They can contact the American Gulf War

Jeff: Thank you and we will remember this pro- gram for n long time. Would you come back and talk with us again?

* President Bush, Brent Scowcroft (NSC), and U.S. intelligence were behind the testing/use of PNS- sian Blue which rendered our Troops defenseless against the biological agents that were to be tested in the upcoming Gulf War, a war which was planned for this pyse, at least two years in advance.

In addition, certain vaccines were “grown”, several years again “in-advance”, with prior specific knowledge of the type of weapon that the vaccine was designed to protect against. How did our military and

Mr. Bush know, two years in advance, what weapons Iraq would use against us, so that “we” developed n specific vaccine/antidote for it?

There is no ongoing investigation. This is a tool and trick so that Kawaja’s evidence can remain NATIONAL SECURITY, and you-America- will never see it. By “claiming” there is an ongoing investigation, our government can keep its secret-its crimes secret. However, in their same breath, in this response to Kawaja, they have admitted what the DOD continues to deny, that our troops were harmed by Chemical/Biological/Weapons At the same time, claiming these federal agents should be granted immunity, even if they committed duct” (Treason/War Crimes). The Patience Of Wisdom

Goes A Long Way #l HATONN

ANYONE FOR A BIT OF WISDOM?

The calls are pouring in as are the letters as to Ronn Jackson’s failure to present anything, so far, of all that has been promised. Have YOU presented everything YOU promised?

Yes, yes I know that he was “different”; he was going to take on and bash every politician he ever heard of and buy the world in the first three days after freedom. Didn’t it actually sound a bit too good to be true even for a Mega-human? Remember that the talk is of loss of position for individual politicians, mega, mega-money, dreams, hopes, destruction, building- all these things which will bring pain and agony the enemies of humankind.

You are readying for war in Los Angeles [see 0. J. CONTACT] which will

actually mean war around your own nation U.S.A. And, as USUAL, your troops are being sent for sham to the Middle East. How OLD can the shenanigans get before you see through the faded tales and worn shrouds? And what of friendships such as you have touched through such as Ronn Jackson which are filled with

hope but inability of“substance”? Does it mean HE has failed somehow? Perhaps, but wisdom should shelter everything you do and every act you take. Some steps must be daring and filled with risk but most of you are not even asked to take such drastic actions.

I don’t know why some of you, sight unseen, will head for the near wilderness of New Mexico, especially mothers with little children, to await what now appears to be some Messiah (which only means “messenger” at best). Do not false messengers SOUND GOOD’? No, I am not saying anything other than my goodness: what does ittakeforsomeofyouto~~morewiseinyouractions?

Now the calls reflect that it does no good to try to speak to Ronn after the sun is over the “yardarm”. I consider a man’s habits and addictions to be his own and that which is individual responsibility. If a man presents himself as a drug abuser, alcohol addict, or child molester-you have to discern and decide that which YOU want to place in his care and direction. Leadership comes in all kinds of packages and the “waiting” phase of any operation allows the troops to get to know the leader. Why are you calling him anyway-didn’t he say he would “call you” when...? Perhaps today is THE day but will you be so busy denying that you can’t be ready? It takes more to serve a nation of citizens and BUILD AREPUBLIC than abottle ofscotchandmm-THINKING-. WHATHAVE Y~DONE,ACTUALLY,WHEREyoUARE?

All I suggest you do is THINK! There is always time to act if thinking is CLEAR and a good foundation built in preparation for whatever consequences. There is hardly ever a way to dig out from under the massive load of entropy that builds thoughtlessly and unre- alistically around promisers, prophets or would-be lead- ers who don’t ever seem to have the “right stuff’. Don’t I get annoyed and prickle out of my “wisdom”? No-not often. I do get a bit “testy” when such focus tells others to head for my table to be fed, sheltered and clothed-sight unseen. There is nothing to be found

here where we write-so what is the assumption offered in this instance7 That we have something or other which is secret and cultish. NO, there is nothing here save a keyboard and computer-hooked, by the way, directly to the same but better equipment at Edwards Air Force Base (now a United Nations base because you no longer have a U.S. Air Force save in name only) and to the CIA wireless receivers for same. Does Dharma always translate correctly7 Well, ask the CIA-they pick up the signals just as she gets them.

Am I blasting one Ronn Jackson7 No, I AM sug- gesting that a lot of foolish things are going on on that cart you have pushed in front of the horses which are not yet arrived.

“Why don’t you do somethingl” I am asked over and over again. What would you have me do7 I ask you: Why don’t you do something? I am NOT on any committee; I have made NO PROMISES UNKEPT; I have a mission and it may well have a lot to do with New Mexico territory but not, other than to assist, in any building of a government, Republic or otherwise. My job is to offer information and to get and keep God’s people in safety either on your place or off your place. I HAVE BEEN PROMISED A LOT OF THINGS AND AMONG THOSE THINGS IS SERVICE IN NEEDED WORK AND FUNDS FOR VALID PROJECTS OF INDUSTRIAL NATURE IN A WORLD GONE IN- SANE. Governments of MEN and kingdoms of physi- cal aspirations are of MEN-NOT GOD.

We have information to offer and integrate, visions to allow dancing alive and and we too, are impatient and irritated at delays but we do not assume that God has forsaken our mission or ourselves. We go right on doing all we can do in the interim sequence and, while “waiting”, we have birthed product after

product that can literally save the very lives of human- kind. We have written thousands upon thousands of pages of RIGHT and CORRECT information and of- fered the very writings and teachings of the REAL patriots, the REAL scientists and the REAL knowers of GOD. We have birthed and seen MIRACLES at our own hands-what have YOU seen and worked77

Dear ones, with Ronn Jackson, Gunther Russbacher or Mark Twain, youcanlaythefoundationofaf&nd&ipin amatterof~butitisarcalworkoftimetotmilda lastingmommmntofatruefriendship.

Were our knowledge of human rela- tionships a hundredfold more reliable than it is now, it would still be foolish to seek ready-made solutions for problems of liv- ing-in the”index” of a book. YOU HAVE TO STUDY THE BOOK!

Mr. Jackson tells us all that he has over 32 million pieces of mail stacked up some- where unseen. That would mean a LOT of you have written and expressed desire for freedom. Many of those pieces of mail would be duplications but from just CON-

other “patriot” groups, you would not reach that number. If Ronn Jackson could, as he offered, write 800 letters in one day-then he certainly can work far more quickly than can I. But if a man tells me a thing-1 accept lit for I ‘know that sooner or later TRUTH will be proven to

confirm or negate the offering. So, what do “I” know about this man in point7

What difference does THAT MAKE7 Is it not what YOU know that manages “your” living7

I do know that I have agreements with ones who say they will work THROUGH the conduit of this man. These ones at that level of controlling influence are usually dependable in agreements because they know who I am. I have no input about their relationship with Mr. Jackson. I am not on your committees; I am simply trying to get a mission accomplished in your arena WITH SOME OF YOU.

I most certainly AM IN FAVOR OF, and will assist every way I can, a Republic foundation for government being built somewhere away from Washington D.C. where the bile and bilge of a dying nation is over your heads. However, you have a “free-will” society and, although it appears the “free will” is only on the part of the Usurpers, you CAN do something about it-but you have to wake up before you can even see enough to do anything. It may well shock you to learn that MOST PEOPLE like it exactly like it is. The only time most people feel “alive” is when they are in pain, compro- mise, war, hardship or whatever gives rise to sensing reaction. The next offerings for you nice woodwork dwellers are virtual reality games and home shopping so that you don’t even notice you are prisoners in your own mind. Is this what you want7 Is it so unusual to want to experience whatever you perceive to be valid until you die? Someone wrote a crude slogan on a bunch of Tee shirts and coffee mugs: “Life is the shits

and then you die!” Is this your slogan as well7 Then perhaps you see why things around you abound in crap.

LIFE IS A STAGE OFFERED YOU UPON WHICH TO EXPERIENCE, EXPERIMENT AND LIVE. IT WILL ALWAYS BE THAT WHICH YOU MAKE IT TO BE. HOWEVER, IF YOU LEARN THE TRUTH, YOU CAN LIVE MUCH, MUCH DIFFERENTLY THAN THE PUPPETS OF WHICH YOU HAVE BE- COME. From the August issue of ILY, [quoting:]

From August 30 to Sept. 15, 1995, delegates from

more than 170 sovereign nations will attend the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing, China. It will represent the most radical, atheistic, and anti-family crusade in the history of the world, and your own government is pulling the strings and sup- porting a disproportionate share of the costs. The extremists who are preparing for and promoting this conference are a million miles outside the American mainstream, and~yet they will be speaking in Beijing with the authority of the United States Government.

First, consider where this international event will be held. No country on Earth has abused and oppressed

more women than China, with its forced abortion policy and its “one child per family” law. This is a nation that monitors menstrual cycles so it can identify young women with unapproved pregnancies and drag them into medical clinics to have their babies killed. It is also a country that has murdered tens of millions of female infants. So effective has been its bias against the feminine gender that the sex-ratio in large regions of China favors males by 64 percent. What irony, then

that the people who have annihilated their little girls will host a conference on the betterment of women. What breathtaking wickedness1 Sending a delegation to China should be unthinkable for two other reasons. A half-dozen witnesses testified that the Chinese gov- ernment is satisfying its need for hard cash by execut- ing young prisoners and then “harvesting” their organs while their bodies are still warm. Sue Lloyd-Roberts, a BBC reporter [clue] and Harry Wu, who spent 19 years in China’s forced labor camps, showed the sena- tors a shocking videotape of the actual executions.

If that isn’t enough to turn one’s stomach, consider this: According to world, human fetuses have begun to appear on menus of Chinese restaurants as a delicacy and health tonic. It is incredible that the Clinton Administration has not only approved U.S. support for a conference on women’s rights in such a country, but it has also granted “most favored nation” trade status to it as well. According to the President, there is. no connection between China’s abuse of human rights and our economic policies. All that matters, apparently, is that we profit financially from the relationship.

Have you noticed that everything you buy these days says either “Made in China” (slave labor camps documented by Harry Wu) or “Hecho en Mexico” (out- growth of NAFTA). The next two articles reveal a network of “sweatshops” here in the U.S. The first comes from an AP article found in the August 5 issue of

the [quoting:] _ EL MONT&As five dozen garment workers slaved

inside a prisonlike apartment complex, federal authori- ties failed to take action for three years even though they knew of the sweatshop. Immigration and Natural- ization Service authorities acknowledged they took no action until state officials received a similar tip six weeks ago. A woman who escaped through the air- conditioning duct of the El Monte apartment complex informed state authorities about the conditions at the sweatshop. Some of the Thai-born laborers told of 17- hour days inside the garment factory, circled by barbed wire. “I was told I could come here and make a lot of money sewing in the United States,” Vutttiphong Vutthiboompronsak said through an interpreter. “There are some who tried to escape, but they were caught and sent back to Thailand.”

The workers sewed women’s ready-to-wear gar- ments, some of which ended up in East Coast depart- ment stores.... Retailers may have legitimately pur-

reader (and loyal and supportive letter writer to our incarcerated friends) Laurie Anteau wrote this excellent letter-to-the-editor to her hometown paper, the for g/19/95. We excerpt parts to share [quoting:]

The Aug. 12 article on the Justice Department investigation of the Ruby Ridge siege in Idaho con- tained a very inaccurate paragraph: “The FBI siege ended when a bureau sharpshooter accidentally shot and killed Weaver’s unarmed wife, Vicki, as she walked out the door of their remote cabin. The marksman said he had been aiming at an armed man nearby.”

It galls me that such inaccuracy can be spread over the news wires. It is important the American people know the truth about Ruby Ridge and what atrocities our government forces committed against their own citixemy.

The siege ended days after Vicki was shot. IT was an 1 l-day siege beginning Aug. 21, 1992, when Sammy Weaver, 14, was killed by a team of U.S. marshals, who were illegally and covertly on their land with no warrant and dressed in camouflage. Prior history to this siege was an attempt by authorities to get Randy Weaver to infiltrate, spy and inform on local skinheads; Randy refused. He was arrested on charges of selling illegal arms (guns with barrels one-eighth-of an-inch short of the legal minimum). He was released pending trail. He received a notice to appear in court

the court date had passed. Psychological profiles on the Weaver family were

done prior to the Aug. 21 assault. Vicki was shot the second day, purposely and with “extreme prejudice” intent by a sharpshooter. The sniper testified in court that he could “hit a quarter-inch target at 200 meters”, which is over 600 feet. Vicki was “armed” only with her baby, Elisheba, as she held the cabin door open, not .while “she walked out the door.” Her skull exploded.

During the siege, Vicki’s decomposing body lay under the kitchen table, in sight and smell of her children and husband. Randy, his three surviving daughters and Kevin Harris, huddled in the dark cabin with their as our government forces engaged in psychological warfare, naming their camp “Camp Vi&i” and taunting the family.

The FBI used a robot to deliver a telephone to the

was suspicious and refused to go near it. A neighbor with a video camera taped a 20-gallon blue plastic drum being filled by a diesel truck with the same fuel used by the generators and ther being placed aboard an FBI helicopter. The helicopter took off and flew toward the cabin. The man with the video camera made sure the pilot of the helicopter saw he was being taped. tha pilot circled and landed. This film evidence has survived. The diesel fuel was to have been poured on the cabin where a charge of explosives had been planted on Aug. 23 to set off a fire bomb that would have certainly killed all the occupants of the cabin.

You will remember that there were two young girls (Sara, 16, and Rachel, 10) and a lo-month-old baby inside that cabin, as well as two wounded men. Randy and his family have been marked by different labels, somehow making it acceptable to have had this siege happen. When is it OK to kill? When someone’s beliefs are different? Was it OK to murder his son and wife because he is labeled a white separatist7 This is a biblical belief by some the races should live separately, not a judgement in value of the races. Is a little hand slapping, letters of reprimand or demotions compa- rable to murder charges7 OR is the promotion to No. 2 official in the FBI of Larry Potts-the man in charge of the Ruby Ridge siege and the Waco siege-justice?

Government witnesses admitted they presented fal-

sified evidence, removed evidence and rearranged evi- dence from the crime scene for photographs presented as genuine.

Why have no warrant charges for the murders of Sam and Vicki been issued? Why were there unprec- edented orders to shoot to kill, in direct violation of Idaho law?

After the siege, I spent many hours in conversation with Randy over the phone and exchanged letters with Sara and Kevin Harris. I know this family. They are an

American family, like you and me. They believe in God and country. They are of flesh and blood. They had, and have, dreams and rights, just as you or I. I want you

to feel for this family as you have felt for the victims of the Oklahoma City bombing or any family that has experienced an unwarranted tragedy. If this happened to your family, to someone you know, or if you had been given the facts of this outrage, wouldn’t you cry for _- . . -

FOREWORD

We received a note from a reader of who noted my seeming change of subjects and information flow. It was stated that the writer was happy to see the new information but would that mean that my observa- tions would cease regarding solutions for America? I would like to change the word America for World for, in the final equation, ‘As

Was America ever a “free” nation under God, indivisible7 NO1 Well, actually this is not absolutely so, for there was a time when THE PEOPLE (Tribes of the now-called Native Americans) had such righteous respect and reverence of freedom and Creation. Even your was taken from

councils-then the “takers” allocated the real Americans to reservations and gave them a death sentence to be lived out in those death-row reservation cells.

The thieves of LIFE came right along like the “bouncing ball” and you all sang the lyrics and buried your heads in the sand-pots of “pretend it isn’t happen- ing” and “what you don’t know can’t hurt you...” No, it can’t “hurt” you-it simply destroys you! I

When you understand a bit about what you ARE, then and only then can you begin to understand SOUL ETERNITY. YOU are a miracle! You want miracles to be shown to you? Go look in the mirror!

So what of politics? GO LOOK IN THE MIR- ROR-for the plight of your lands and order of function MIRRORS THAT PLIGHT OF MISUNDERSTAND- ING AND CHAOS WHICH REFLECTS WHAT YOU HAVE BECOME. You have no idea of how you RE- ALLY “work” and that lack of understanding of SELF presents the chaos which swirls about every portion of your lives.

Do I speak in languages of another galaxy and elude your own recognition7 I hope not, but in that thought perchance you might consider realistically the subject, say, of “American”, since the inquiry came from an American. French, British, Australian, Cana- dian-you name it-could fit into the label.

From a little book called UNCOMMON by “A Real American”, RAM, Suite 976, Valley Forge, Pennsylvania 19482-0976, (1988) I would like to share a portion of the “Introduction”.

[QUOTING:]

What kind of American are you? Does this question confuse you? It should. Ameri-

cans are experiencing an identity crisis. They don’t understand who they are. Worse yet, they don’t under- stand who they are supposed to be.

You love our great country, are proud to be an American, and consider yourself patriotic, right? But could you give anyone a good definition of the words “patriotism” or “Americanism” if your life depended on it? And, believe it or not, IT DOES . And there’s only one accurate definition for each word.

What kind of American are you? There exists an identity crisis in these United

States. This book intends to help so-called Americans resolve it by helping them to answer two personal questions: what kind of American am I now, and what kind of American do I really want to be?

You will have only three choices: a Real-American, a Pseudo- American, or a Socialist-American.

That’s all. There are no other choices. Never will be, ever.

Real-Americans are philosophi- cal descendants revolutionaries like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Molly Pitcher, and Tom Paine, who all loved freedom enough to fight for it.

RIVED! again, the misuse of the “fight”. Fight

parties a11 attached to the

places you use “fight”,

Pseudo-Americans are philo- sophical descendants of the cow- ardly colonial neutrals, who all re- fused to take a stand for either side during our entire Revolution.

Socialist-Americans are philo- sophical descendants of English King George, the colonial Tories or

lead and blood. Those heroic revolutionaries are toss- ing in their hallowed graves because you are squander- ing away what cost them their lives. Ever wonder if you would have stood to fire the shots heard ‘round the world?

Basically you feel patriotic by instinct, coming Loyalists, and traitor Benedict Arnold, who all loved from your heart, not from your brain, because NOT to feel patriotic about your country is simply unthinkable, isn’t it?

You outwardly manifest your patriotism only when you stand for the Star Spangled Banner at ballgames because everyone else does, or when you attend Fourth of July fireworks, or when you fly the flag occasionally, or when you vote occasionally, or when you join the service. It’s doubtful whether you can think of one more time. Granted, this doesn’t mean that you are a bad person, it doesn’t mean that you are a good American either.

Can you recite the only accurate definition, in a political sense, of the word “freedom”, which requires

that you NOT use the word “free” or “freedom” in the definition?

As a so-called American, you take your freedom for granted because you inherited it. Who ever appreciates what they haven’t earned? Others earned freedom for you, starting at Lexington and Concord, paying for it in

governmental power and who wished to use it to control other people’s lives.

Outside of the RAs, PAS, and SAs mentioned above, every other description of our people hides their true identity. Words to identify so-called Americans such as liberal, conservative, Republican, Democrat, leftwinger, rightwinger, union, non-union, and others, are totally useless and should be ignored. Drop them from your vocabulary.

This could be the most challenging and disturbing book that you could ever read in your lifetime. After reading it, you could possibly consider it an unforgiv-

sin to refer to yourself or any fellow citizen using the stand-alone title of “American”, because you could see the point of using the revealing titles of Real- American, Pseudo-American, or Socialist-American.

identity? You can’t hide any more. It’s time to take

These modem developments have less significance i than one might imagine for the story of Flatland. We do indeed have four dimensions. But even in relativity, they are not all of the same sort. Only three are spatial. The fourth is temporal; and we are unable to move freely in time. We can not return to days gone by, nor avoid the coming of tomorrow. We can neither hasten nor retard our journey into the future. PIGS IS PIGS

Compiled stories by Ellis Parker Butler. Mike Flannery, the Westcote agent of the Interur-

ban Express Company, leaned over the counter of the express office and shook his fist. Mr. Morehouse, angry and red, stood on the other side of the counter, trembling with rage. The argument had been long and heated, and at last Mr. Morehouse had talked himself speechless. The cause of the trouble stood on the counter between the two men. It was a soap box across the top of which were nailed a number of strips, form- ing a rough but serviceable cage. In it two spotted guinea-pigs were greedily eating lettuce leaves.

“Do as you loike, then!” shouted Flannery, “pay for them an’ take thim, or don’t pay for thim and leave thim be. Rules is rules, Misther Morehouse, an’ Mike Flannery’s not goin’ to be called down for breakin’ of thim.”

“But, you everlastingly stupid idiot!” shouted Mr. Morehouse, madly shaking a flimsy printed book be- neath the agent’s nose, “can’t you read it here-in your own plain printed rates? ‘Pets,’ domestic, Franklin to Westcote, if properly boxed, twenty-five cents each.‘” He threw the book on the counter in disgust. “What more do you want? Aren’t they properly boxed? What?”

He turned and walked back and forth rapidly, frown- ing ferociously.

Suddenly he turned to Flannery, and forcing his

voice to an artificial calmness spoke slowly but with intense sarcasm.

“Pets,” he said ‘P-e-t-s! Twenty-five cents each. There are two of them. One! Two! Two times twenty- five are fifty! Can you understand that’? I offer you fifty cents.”

Flannery reached for the book. He ran his hand through the pages and stopped at page sixty-four.

“An’ I don’t take fifty tints,” he whispered in mockery. “Here’s the rule for ut. ‘Whin the agin& be in anny doubt regardin’ which of two rates applies to a shipment, he shall charge the larger. The consign-ey may file a claim for the overcharge.’ In this case, Misther Morehouse, I be in doubt. Mr. Morehouse shook his head savagely. “Non- sense!” he shouted, “confounded nonsense, I tell you! Why, you poor ignorant foreigner, that rule means common pigs, domestic pigs, not guinea-pigs!”

Flannery was stubborn. “Pigs is pigs,” he declared firmly. “Guinea-pigs, or

What about man? What about his body and mind? If the food being consumed does not change, the problem of ecology will worsen. If scientists do not change their

minds about nutrition, man, a biological part of this earth, will soon be extinct. In- testines must be healed, since they are as polluted as our streams. The populace must be educated to choose food that does not come canned, bagged in plastic, or chemi- cally treated. From the need of the con- sumer, from

problems be considered-and solved. From a good earth one regenerates one’s health. Our blood is but the product of an agent, the earth. The biological creates the physiological. Has this become a secret, or has man become so mechanical, so enslaved to fast relief in any possible way, that he has become accustomed to the “miracle pill”? His pain is relieved in seconds. This is proof enough for him to believe in the “scientific way”. But that is not true science.

In a letter to the author of this English version, Louis Kervran wrote: “I hold the same conception as you do: if one desires to bring about a deep change in science, it is not to the high scientific spheres that he should address himself, but to the masses. Not being narrow-minded like the specialist, they can see the synthesis of things and not just their details. This is how I have been progressing this world during the last ten years. But one should not be so absolute in judgment as to say that all scientists are narrow-minded. I have found great support among known personalities, but they are a minority. They are lost in the crowd and cannot vanquish the obstacles and inertia created by the too many. Science has become a petty job. Fifty years ago there were a few thousand men of science; now it is by the hundreds of thousands that one counts them, so that the average level of quality has greatly diminished.”

What Mr. Kervran means is that man has become mechanical in his thinking and doing. The physiolog- ical, which is what we “are”, and the biological, from which our daily nourishment comes, are but a shadow of what man used to be when he was free. What is freedom if it is not to be free in every way, from our most minute cell to our most expansive dreams? He is free who can afford to let the interactions between cell and spirit take place in the most harmonious way. There is no freedom in intellect. “Freedom” of that sort lasts for the duration of a thought, of an act. To be truIy free is to be able to establish peace between all oppo- sites within us. That is at the least the beginning of freedom.

Mr. Kervran, with his discovery of biological trans- mutation, has given this chaotic and scientific world the Alladin’s Lamp by which we can save ourselves and our diseased earth. From mechanical men we will raise ourselves to physiological and spiritual beings. That which is mechanical does not believe in change nor in beauty, nor even in mart. The mechanical mind lives within the hour. If it projects an idea for the future, it is but a steel-like construction erected out of stress, a protection from the ‘invaders”. Themechanical man is afraid. He thinks the enemy is outside of him, so he protects himself a bit more every day until he loses the natural immunity he inherited from this just world.

With biological transmutations we are taught a lesson about freedom. We learn that an element is free to become another when it meets its opposite. It travels from one state to another, procreating newborn atoms. It is the hope of Mr. Louis Kervran and this author that biological transmutations wiIl be apptied to the fullest

extent in the U.S.A. and in the whole world. In 1799 the French chemist Vauquelin was so

intrigued by the quantity of lime excreted every day by hens that he decided to put a hen in a cage and feed it

oats exclusively. Having measured the quantity of lime that was present in a pound of oats, he gave the oats to the hen. When the grains had been eaten, he analyzed the quantity of lime excreted through the eggs and fecal matter. The hen was found to have excreted five times more lime than it had taken in the food. Vauquelin concluded that lime had been created, but he could not determine the cause.

In 1822 Prout, an Englishman, was the first to clearly define the problems of the transmutation of elements. He systematically studied the increase of limestone (a compound consisting chiefly of calcium carbonate) inside an incubating chicken egg, proving that limestone is not contributed by the shell.

In 1831 the Frenchman Choubard let watercress seeds germinate in an insoluble dish (sand, glass, etc., washed with acids, rinsed with water, heated). He verified that the young plants contained minerals which had not existed in the seeds.

Others followed. In 1844 Vogel experimented with watercress seeds placed under a large bell jar. Keeping the air “analyzed”, he added a nutritive solution con- taining no sulfur whatsoever. After their germination he analyzed the young plants, finding that they con- tained more sulfur than the seeds from which they stemmed. This phenomenon remained obscure to Vogel, who concluded that either sulfur is not a simple body or there was an unknown source of sulfur.

A few years later Lauwes and Gilbert considered the weight variations of ashes during vegetation. They observed, in analyzing the ashes, an inexplicable varia- tion in the amount of maguesium. In 1875 von Herzeele went a step further by verifying a weight increase in the ashes of young plants stemmed from germinating seeds. He made a culture without soil in a well-studied me- dium. Later on he carried out experiments related to

Vogel’s earlier study of’weight variations of magne-

sium, already considered by Lauwes and Gilbert. Von Herzeele then concluded that there was a transmutation of elements.

He seems to have been the first to research the origin and destination of an element. His remarkable work remained without echo in the scientific world. In 1950 Hauschka took it out of the dark to publish von Herzeele’s findings in one of his books.

Branfield, Lakhovsky, Spindler and Freundler, among others, followed. None of them arrived at clear conclusions.

Baranger, chief of the laboratory of organic chem- istry at the Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, became ac- quainted with von Herzeele’s work. In 1960 he pub- lished the first results, handed to him by A. Spindler, of the variations of phosphorus and calcium in germi- nated seeds. Baranger concluded that a transmutation of elements had occurred, but his research, like that of his predecessors, failed to show the mechanism by which the discrepancy was produced,

It was in 1959 that Louis Keman started publish- ing his discoveries. At about that time the coincidental works of the above scientists became known to him. In the summer of that same year, Mr. Kervran came to a conclusion concerning his many years of systematic research, He did his best to prove his conviction to the scientific world, a conviction that none before him had been able to put down in clear formulas. Having waited for years, witnessing thousands of convergent analyses, he succeeded in demonstrating that not only molecules but atoms themselves can be transformed. He verified that there is transmutation of matter from one simple body to another, from one atom to another. ’

AII the proof was presented, yet Kervran en~oun- tered violent opposition from skeptical people who were reluctant to accept something new. On the other hand, warmest congratulations and encouragement poured in from very great personalities of science, who now saw light in what had always been obscure to them. Already in 1959 Kervran had found solid help among

those having true scientific spirit.

In July 1960 a French scientific review published an article on Louis Kervran. That was enough for the public to know what many scholars had refused to see. Magazines, radio and television gave millions the chance to be informed about the “transmutations”. It was not until 1962 that was published by Librarie Maloine. In a matter of a few months, the first edition was sold out and reprinted. A third one was to follow two years later. Successively came

In January 1963 a group of sci- entists listened to Louis Kervran. Af- ter that meeting a report was written by Fishoff, saying: “We are convinced that there is here a series of observations and phenomena of the highest impor- tance for the progress of our knowl- edge in physics, biology, geology, cosmclogy, etc. The great merit of Louis Kervran is to have felt strongly that there was something strange in the facts he brings to us and that there was a need for something ‘new’ to explain it. He obstinately followed an idea and

patiently, for many long years, accu- mulated facts, observations, and re- sults-having no apparent link-at last assembling all these converging facts and ideas to form a daring hypothesis, solid and thrilling. Daring, for it ap- pears to be opposed to the classical conception of nuclear physics and biol- ogy. Solid, for the invoked and ob- served facts are very many, sustained by an infallible reasoning argument. Thrilling, for it opens new perspec- tives and horizons in biology, medi- cine, energetics, physics, cosmogony, etc.”

This I may have done well, but I hum-

bly declare myself incapable of doing what really ought to have been done. Being busy with studying and teaching, I could afford to spend only six months on the book (twelve hours daily). Truly it needed another six months. In short, this book needed a man richer than I in all respects, one who would have spent a year or two at his desk thinking and working only on the transmutations.

Twelve years have passed since became pub-

lic. The debate of the times continues. France is now divided into two camps, those for Kervran and those against him. English scientists have invited Louis Kervran to give a series of lec- tures and demonstrations. Scientists from Switzerland, Italy and Belgium have already heard him and are start- ing to put transmutations into practice.

This book is not a textbook or some- thing to use in the laboratory. Its sole purpose is to stir the minds of those who are still truly concerned about this earth ecologically. I would never finish if I were to cite all the possible applications of the biological transmutations. Of spe- cial importance is the place they will oc- cupy between the scientist and the meta- physician. So far there has never been a direct dialogue between the two, because of the differences in language. Now I believe their meeting is possible, for the biological transmutations teach us about the movement of life. From this move- ment the scientist will see that science can no longer limit itself to the study of the physical alone, for movement also implies elevation toward the metaphysical, not entropy. From this same movement, ani- mating the invisible elements, the meta- physician will learn that life is worth studying in its most singular aspects. He will discover in the minute that which he always knew, that life is a continual re-

newal of self and cell. I would like to end this foreword by

presenting, in a few words, Mr. Kervran. I had expected to meet a scientist with whom I would discuss-as men usually do when they meet-philosophy. But things did not happen as I anticipated, for he showed himself such a dragon in science that nothing but science was discussed. Mr. Kervran knew his subject well; he seemed to have read all the scientific books and articles published all over the world, to know the work of every living scientist. And when I told him that he had given to

This severe error has led the scientific world to believe that one should find at the other end of an organism exactly what was originally given it. In other words, scien- tists expect to obtain a null balance sheet, counting that which has been retained by the organism or that which the organism has used up from its reserve. But balance sheets are never null. Today’s scientists avoid the

problem by saying that something escaped them during the experiment-unfortunately, a confession of incompetence.

For example, it is said that when a plant is enriched in an element different from those it previously con- tained, it has “obviously” taken that element from the soil or from the jar in which the experiment was conducted. Terms such as these are used: “Concen- trated”, U preferentially fixed”, etc.; and the question is dismissed. Those who employ such terms have never measured the total content of the element in question- neither in the experi- mental jar nor in the soil-before and after cultivation. The latter should have been done if only to determine whether what was added to the plant was still in the jar. There is much talk about a possible source “by migration”, but coming from where? Let us recognize, however, that Szent-Gyorgyi and the others who follow the same path have but glided over the atom. They saw only what happens in the outer layer. They then remained in the field of psysio-chemistry as it is now conceived-that is to say, the physical study of the movements of electrons in the peripheral layers. (The electrons, becoming “excited”, jump to place themselves in levels other than those of their normal orbit.)

It is in explaining these that comparisons with chemistry might sometimes prove useful. Reality is too complex to be always accessible by our present scientific knowl- edge. We do not know, for example, why, during electrolysis (with no system of evaporation in effect), hydrogen aud oxygen appear on the electmdes in gasatus fo~althoughinwatertheydonotexistinthisform.

No one knows much about what goes on in a catalysis, nor even what happens in a chemical reaction (ignoring, for example, the instantaneous energies). No one knows how the releasing process from wake to sleep comes about, how aspirin works, etc. This is why theories will be avoided here. Only results will be shown, together with phenomena observed in the past and kept in the dark.

Many answers will be given in the following chap- ters. Systematic experiments which have been made to verify the conclusions of the past ten years will be cited. All precautions will be summarily indicated in order to avoid assuming the position of an analyst of mineral chemistry.

The area was full of slate rock and granite, but absolutely devoid of limestone. Lime- stone was never given to the chickens, yet every day during the egg-laying season they laid eggs with calcareous shells. that time had not yet asked myself from where that limestone came, but I was intrigued to observe that when the chickens were let loose in the yard, they scratched about incessantly for fragments of mica strewn on the ground. I noticed this neat choice that had been made by the chickens, when the sun shined after a rain: well washed off, these hundreds of visible fragments looked like tiny mirrors. The imprints of the chickens’ beaks were easy to follow.

No one could explain to me why chickens scratched mica and not sand. Whenever chicken was killed I observed my mother opening the gizzard and finding small grains of sand, but never mica. Where did this mica go? Into the stomach? Why was this mineral swallowed by the chicken? This prob- lem intrigued me and remained in my subconscious like anything mysterious, because I rather liked to have “sdid and logical” explanations... the whys of

Nothing enabled me to discover the source of this carbon monoxide.

Many times after that such accidents oc- curred, and on no occasion could I find the link which would lead me to the origin of the inhaled carbon monoxide. These facts re- mained in my subconscious until 1955. It was not until that year that I saw the light.

That same year in the space of a few months, three oxyacetylene welders died. I received all the detailed reports, including autopsies. All evidence indicated that the welders, who were all steel cutters, had died from oxycarbonaemia and not from nitrogen oxides.

Analysis showed that the inhaled air had too small a percentage of carbon monoxide to be dangerous. It was then decided, with the assistance of M.D.s working for the compa- nies, to make blood analyses on all the vic- tims’ comrades, although they looked in rather good health. We found that those doing the same work were deeply affected with chronic oxycarbonaemia, some to a level approaching that of fatal accident.

I put together all I had and imputed the _ - fault to working conditions, although analysis oftbe air

It is easy to see that this hypothesis has no value whatsoever. The breathing in of hot air would not lead to the same effect if there were no contact with an incandescent metal.

In 1964 I also showed that this phenomenon does not oc- cur when the metal sheet is brought to a temperature of 400°C; one needs at least the deep red, and when the sheet is bright red the effect is quick. Oxygen is not the cause; thus my first publications in 1960 were con- firmed. Nor does this same effect occur if one exchanges the nitro- gen of the air with helium. (3) that the analysis of the inhaled air showed an absence of carbon monoxide, meaning that the air was always a combination of 6 nitrogen and oxygen. This explained the fact that never, even though a great number of investigations were made the world over, was carbon monoxide found in the inhaled air.

(4) that carbon monoxide-being detected in the blood of workers, not in the blood of the helpers-could only have an endogenous formation when this air is breathed. In other words, it was activated by the air’s contact with a ferrous and incandescent metal. This would shed light on the obser- vations made in places using cast iron stoves heated to incandescence.

The oxygen in the inhaled air was not sufficient to allow a formation of CO in the organism. There is 0, but C is needed. From where does it come? After much research I thought that it was activated nitrogen which produced carbon in the organism (at the level of red corpuscles irrigating pulmonary alveoli). This ques- tion hasn’t been cleared up. The nitrogen molecule (there is never free atomic nitrogen; isolated nitrogen is always in the form of N2) contains two nuclei of nitrogen enveloped by the electrons of the molecular

She was told that these people drank 8 ounces of

With the high content of special proteins and enzymes, this tea is said to reduce cholesterol, restore hair growth, strengthen eyesight, help insomnia, aid in weight re- duction, help with allergies, bronchitis, asthma and a myriad of other debilitating conditions including the prevention of certain cancers.

While these are claims from people who have used or researched the product, it would simply be prudent to regard as a must to add to your daily health regime. Pycnogenol comes from the bark of the pine tree and is said to have remarkable anti-oxidant properties that are aiding in the relief of a number of chronic conditions. The product offered by New Gaia has been found to be superior to Pycnogenol. The research that has been conducted on the elements found in Pine Bark were primarily conducted on Grape Seed Extract because this, too, had the components that offered the superior anti-oxidant protection.

What was discovered is that the Grape Seed Extract
