S-9. The ensee may receive, rod load, download, store, and ship enriched processed uranium containingplut sum and other transuranic isotopes, provided that the concentration of transuranic isotopes insuch aranium shall be limited to 50 Bq per gram of uranium and the minimum enrichment is2.5 percent, U-235. Framatome Cogema Fuels shall obtain shipper certification that the uraniumcontaining plutonium and other transuranic isotopes is limited to 50 Bq per gram of uranium.

S-10. Notwithstanding the requirements of License Condition S-4, the licensee may delay untilNovember 30,1996, the submittal of its revised Demonstration Section.
