Fleet Tyre InspectionA Tyre Inspection activity will be completed for every vehicle to evaluate tyre conditions. We ensure that each vehicle will be inspected within 15 days cycle. For maximum benefit, the inspection should be carried out on 90 to 100% of the fleet vehicles. Tyre inspection is used as a guide in projecting tyre replacement and retreading. In this inspection we will check – Air pressure Mismatched tyres on axles Examine for bulges, cuts, and penetrating objects Taking tread depth / NSD reading Check for uneven tread wear, which indicates a mech. problem loose lugs, Valve leaks and inaccessible valves, etc. Remove tyres for retreading.

Manage Tyre InventoryOur team will manage your all Tyre Inventory. The following activities will be performed for managing Tyre Inventory properly –

Every new tyre received from supplier will be branded. Once branded, every tyre will be entered into the Tyre Inventory in the system. All Tyres will be listed by brand/serial number, Purchase Invoice number & Purchase Date. A standard tyre inventory would be maintained at all times. Monthly physical count would be taken of tyres in inventory,

tyres on vehicles, tyres sent in for retreading and scrap tyres. Tyres will be balanced monthly.

Out of Service Tyre AnalysisScrap Tyre analysis is very important to assist a fleet in determining why they are coming out of service. Scrap tyre analysis will help to determine what needs to be improved to reduce or eliminate repeated tyre problems.

An OOSTA analysis would be carried out every month to highlight tyre failures. A tyre technician will inspect each and every tyre in the scrap store and will do analysis. Following reports will be provided for analysis to the management -

Reasons for failure; to determine problem areas within operation.Lost performance versus target (in terms of KM run)Recording loss per failure type.Any re-treadable casings will be separated for possible retreads.

Management ReportingDetailed reporting is a pre-requisite to measure tyre efficiencies. The information provided serves as a platform to determine proactive measures to be taken to improve tyre management efficiencies according to operations.

Scrap tyre analysis Tyre inspection reports Product Performance Analysis to ensure correct brand selection Cost per Kilometer (CPKM) analysis Tyre Population / distribution report Tyre Inventory reportsTyres needing replacement (prediction report)Tyres needing re-capping / retreading
