Campus Labs Guide – RESPONSIBLE PARTIES

1. Log into Campus Labs at https://csustan.compliance-assist.com/. Log in using your CSU Stanislaus user ID and

password. After you log in, you will see the Landing Page.

2. Click on the “Planning” link under “Available Web Sites.” The link will take you to the following page. Click on

“My Dashboard” (located in the navigation bar next to “Announcements”).

3. In the Dashboard, you will see the action items that have been assigned to you based on your role. When you

click on one of them, a new window will open. (Example: 1.3.3 Maintenance of Instrumentation and

Technology)

4. In order to edit/upload data or documents, you must click on the “Edit” tab.

5. While you are in the “Edit” tab, you may scroll down and update several fields, including: Progress; 2016

Update; 2017 Update; 2018 Update; and Summary.

6. Click on the field you would like to update. (Example: 2016 Update)

7. Enter your desired text. You can cut and paste from Microsoft Word or other documents. When you have

entered your text, click the “Update” button.

8. After you have finished updating this action item, click “Save and Close.”

9. The system will return you to the Dashboard, and you may repeat this process with other action items.
