Due to years of experience and the extensive equipment in our

production departments we can react to our customers’ specific

requirements. We can process both types of our Zirconium Oxide,

uniaxially or isostatically depending on customer preference.

Whether to standard or special sizes – many solutions are possible due

to our flexible production.

Our Zirconium Oxide blanks are produced under clean-room

conditions in order to meet the high standards of a medical product,

thus enabling us to offer you the highest level of quality and reliability.

Our Selb production plant is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001,

DIN EN ISO 14001 and DIN EN ISO 13485. Consequently we are able

to provide an extremely consistent product with regard to both

material prop erties and shrinkage behaviour.

Production

If machined according to the instructions, the products manufactured from

STARCERAM® Z meet the requirements of ISO 13356 and DIN EN ISO 6872.
