The Twixl Publisher Enterprise solutions allow you to publish and

distribute enriched iPad content in a private environment, i.e.

both to all members of your organization, or to specific target

groups like resellers, distributors, customers, physicians, etc.

The Twixl Enterprise Kiosk app lets you distribute not only pub-

lications created with Twixl Publisher, but also PDFs, iWork and

Microsoft Office documents (Pages, Numbers, Keynote, Excel,

Powerpoint and Word), HTML packages, movies and image col-

lections. It is an iPad only solution.

A web-based users & groups privileges backend provides:

Twixl Publisher Enterprise

Many businesses are equipping their sales and service teams

with iPads. They have a large quantity of information that they

want to publish on iPads for various employee profiles within

their organisation.

Enriched product presentations with dynamic content and

animations for sales people, catalogues that need to be

continuously updated, manuals for installers etc.

Companies are looking for a quick and inexpensive solution to

update the information on the iPads. In the end, the creation

cost for tablets is similar to the creation cost for print, but the

publication and distribution costs are much lower and the con-

tent is kept continuously up to date.

An organisation can choose to either create its Twixl Publisher

publications in-house and/or contract it out to an agency or

printer. These publications can then be depolyed through the

Twixl Enterprise Kiosk.

The Twixl Enterprise Kiosk platform also offers a management

module to manage user profiles and passwords and to deter-

mine who gets access to which documents. There is also usage

reporting so user/presenter behaviour can be analysed.

One important aspect of enterprise publishing is that the

organisation must retain full control over its publications. These

never go outside, but they will remain within the organisation's

network. As a result there are no additional download fees other

than the cost of the bandwidth available on the in-house server.

Enterprise model Twixl Publisher and Twixl Enterprise Kiosk are two separate parts

of the solution.

For creating enriched publications, there’s Twixl Publisher.

For distributing the content in-house, one or more Twixl Enter-

prise Kiosk apps can be deployed on the tablets.

TWIXL PUBLISHER ENTERPRISE SERVERThe solution allows you to have as many kiosks as you want on

a single server. This server will be hosted within the existing

company setup, so there is no limitation in terms of the number

of users and there are no bandwidth restrictions. This model is

offered as a yearly subscription fee.

The setup can be provided either by one of our solution partners

or directly through Twixl media.

For whom can you publish? Enterprise publishing allows companies to publish all kind of apps and documents within their company network, i.e.all employees

and members of your organisation, e.g. sales and service teams, …

In order to provide access to people outside of the company (partners, resellers, freelancers, etc.) the Twixl Enterprise Kiosk apps

can also be published as an App Store app with restricted access.
