// why twitter cards?

With Twitter Cards, you can attach rich photos, videos and media experiences to tweets.

This requires adding a few lines of HTML to the web destination.

Users who tweet links to your content will have a “Card” added to the tweet that’s visible to their followers.

The primary benefit is to enhance the content from a destination such as .com within the twitter experience to increase the probability of user action.
