Introduction
15 years of European experience of WBC - 1998
First clinical WBC application in Russia – The City Hospital No. 32 in St. Petersburg
20 years
of clinical application of the original devices for cryotherapy treatment of Russian production (cryosauna).
Over the period from 1998 to 2018, Russia overcame this gap.

Single-seat cryosaunas – 90% of WBC in Russia.
• More than 900 Krion cryosaunas produced;
• Physical theory of WBC formulated;
• Conditions for the safety and effectiveness developed

Nitrogen cooling cryosaunas used at:
• 2011 Tour de France;
• 2013 Universiade in Kazan ;
• 2013 World Martial Arts Games;
• 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
Nitrogen cooling of the WBC zone allows mobile devices to be taken to a major competitions.

CONCLUSIONS
20 years practice of clinical application of the WBC method in Russia significantly expanded the understanding of the possibilities of therapeutic and preventive use of
cryosauna.
For further progress of this type of treatment, it is necessary to formulate and popularize the physico-biological foundations of the stimulating effect of
cryogenic gas on the human body.
A good basis for the formation of postulates of the WBC are the materials collected in the digests of articles "Cryotherapy in Russia" 2008-2018.
