Featured CD: FAN OR FOLLOWER? In this talk, Jeff Cavins shares how he has come to see that Jesus wants us to surrender every bit of our own comfort to follow Him. There are many fans of Jesus in this world, but we are called to be His disciples. As a young adult, Jeff left the Catholic Church and became a

Protestant Pastor for 12 years. After returning to the Catholic Church, he became a nationally known speaker who has helped thousands come to a clearer understanding of Scripture and our Faith.

PRAYER FOR A NEW BISHOP O great St. Helena, patroness of our diocese, who for love of Our Lord made pilgrimage to the Holy Land to mark the sites of His Pascal Mystery, grant, I pray, that you would intercede to the Father on behalf of our Diocesan Church as we await the appointment of our next bishop. Grant that we will be sent a

spiritual shepherd after the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Good Shep-herd who laid down his life for us, His sheep. Pray to God that we will be given a bishop who is faithful and just, holy and wise, loving and zealous. May he be completely devoted to the Lord and to the service of the people entrusted to his care, so that the Diocese of Helena may experience a springtime of growth in holiness and the number of souls drawn to the Lord through His Church. Amen

Host Families Seriously Needed! Loyola Sacred Heart High School is blessed to have the opportunity to include international students as part of our student body. Part of this experience includes the need for host families. We have a serious need for families to host for the 2018-19 school year. We currently have one female student from China that is attending this fall and staying with a Welcome Family who needs a permanent placement. We also have a female student from Germany joining us at semester that needs a host family. If this is something you think you might be interested in, please contact Kathy Schneider, Principal at [email protected] for more infor-mation on this wonderful opportunity. Even if you think you might only be able to serve as a welcome family for a short period of time, this would be extremely helpful and greatly appreciated!
