Iron the fabric

Place your fabric so that the open end is at the top. You will begin sewing in the top right

corner.

Choose a width for your border and begin sewing. Don’t forget to reinforce your

corners!!!

Sew until the needle is about the same distance from the edge of the fabric as the

trim width you have chosen.

With the needle in the fabric, pivot your fabric so you can begin the next seam.

If needed, adjust your fabric to your trim width again. Don’t forget to reinforce your

corner!!!

Again, stop sewing when the needle is about the same distance as your border

width from the end of the fabric.

needed.

Begin sewing the fourth side, which should be the open side. Do not sew all the way to the end!!! You must

leave an opening to stuff the pillow!!!

Reinforce the opening.

Lift the presser foot. Gently pull the fabric to the left of the machine. Leave about 4 inches of thread coming

from the machine and cut your thread.

Finish your pillow

• Stuff your pillow through the opening that you left.

• Be sure to push stuffing into the corners. • Force the stuffing away from the opening.• Sew the opening closed.• Work the stuffing inside to fill in the area near

your opening.
