• Turbine Ventilator works on wind velocity which creates centrifugal action that ultimately spins the blades of ventilator. This results in internal air being extracted and fresh air coming inside. The beauty of this ventilation system is - even at negligible wind velocity, the roof ventilator will keep on rotating due to its fly wheel type design. The design allows the rotor cage to rotate continuously and keep ventilation on the go. That means, fresh air for you round-the-clock

IMPORTANCE OF VENTILATOR

• As a general rule, hot or stale air will not exhaust through an opening into which wind can blow

• Therefore, regular static ventilators, which allow outside wind to enter in the shed because of poor design or location on the roof, cannot be expected to exhaust because they backdraft.

• An efficient means of extracting warm and stale air is through roof mounted turbo ventilators, which create positive draft. Adequate low level provision for the entry of fresh air at ambient temperature should be provided

The Dynamics of Turbo Ventilator

1.As the wind approaches and strikes the ventilator, it jumps, creating an area of low pressure on the leeward side of the turbine. This low pressure zone is fed by drawing air from the turbine ,causing continuous extraction of air from the building, and

2. As the turbine rotates, the centripetal forces associated with the rotation fling air outwards from the tips of the vanes. Replacement air is drawn into the throat of the ventilator from the building causing

continuous ventilation

Temperature Control & Ventilation

• Normally this unit can reduce the temp by 5to 10 Deg depending on the ambient temperature condition and working area.

• The ventilator is so designed to exhaust 700 CFM to 2400 CFM of air thus reducing humidity inside the shed .

• Depending on the size of Shed saving 2to3Kw power per Sq ft is possible . Because of FRP base the shed get lightened in day time thus reducing the lighting expenditure of the shed

F.R.P. Base of Air Ventilator

• The F.R.P.Base made of Owen Roving mat, Surface mat and G.P.Resin, Catalyst and Escalator. which will match to your existing design of roof sheet and it will be installed in place of one purling to another purling distance.

• So no requirement of cutting your existing roof and no worry about the leakage of water during the Rainy season.

• It is totally 60 to 70% translucent, so during the day time u will get ample sunlight in side the working area. (Energy Saving). the total suctions area For the Air ventilator through the F.R.P Base is 1000mm x 600mm.for better air circulation
