What you need to know:• All dogs must be licensed and vaccinated.

• Any dogs with aggressive/problematic behavior may be asked to leave the facility.

• All dogs will wear a collar while swimming.

• All dogs must remain on a leash to and from the pool.

• Water toys encouraged as well as lifejackets.

• This is a dog-only event. No other pets or humans are allowed in the water.

• Clean up your dogs waste immediately and dispose in trash cans.

• Do not leave your dog unattended.

• Children under age 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

• No puppies under six months of age.

• No female dogs in heat allowed.

• Bring a towel to dry off after swimming.

In consideration of my entry in the Doggie Paddle, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive, release and discharge any and all rights, claims or damages against Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District, and all participating sponsors and directors, volunteers, employees or agents of such, for all claims, demands, actions or causes incident to my event participation at the Doggie Paddle. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event that I assume those risks that I will assume and pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness or other incapacity, and that I have read and understand this wavier is a total and complete release to Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District for any and all damages or injuries that I might incur as a participant. Entries cannot be accented without a valid signature.
