Description: Trifecta Tool & Engineering’s main focus is to support suppliers of plastic industry locally and cross North America. We produce a variety of tooling, fixtures and molds in North America. We also when required support global tool sourcing with communication, tracking, and maturation support in Ohio and in Asia. The global sourcing strategy is to leverage our connections and technical agreements with our Asian partners to provide quality cost effective options for our customers.

Project Management ServicesTrifecta Tool & Engineering’s program management integrates our industry-specific experience, giving you a turnkey mold package ready for PPAP. We’ll work closely with your part designers on,  part and mold optimization to meet specified surface requirements for molds, in tooling that makes the specified part at the specified cycle time.  This service is always included in domestic, off-shore, and hybrid tooling managed and/or built by Trifecta Tool & Engineering.

Our total off-shore program management for your injection mold tooling combines design support and assistance, rapid prototyping and concurrent engineering.
