TSGI Limited, since being established in 2000 has enjoyed continued significant growth, year on year. As our core business, we carry out all aspects of works related to heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, from design to installation and planned preventative maintenance.

 Our commitment to delivering Service excellence has ensured that customer satisfaction is achieved, and our customers through referrals have become a driving force in achieving our growth. Our organizational values reflect this and we recognize the importance of customer service through everything we do.

 The dedication and commitment of our people provides a platform for our service offerings, staff retention and loyalty define our belief that hard work and a quality execution are rewarded.

 Having reviewed and evaluated the scope we will create a proposal which takes into consideration all requirements your project will need.

 We ensure that the primary goals to work safely, be environmentally conscientious and provide added value will be incorporated within our proposal. With the high-profile location and demanding environmental constraints we would ensure only the highest caliber of staff working on any Contract.

 The purpose of a proposal is to demonstrate the methods by which the Contract will be delivered and managed. It describes our working processes and procedures and gives reassurance of the Professional customer focused manner in carrying out the execution of a Contract of the required scale.

 We consider diligently the management element of any Contract and recognize the importance of clear leadership and management particularly in light of the expectation quite rightly imposed by our clients.We believe in an empowerment of our teams and foster a proactive approach where our "will do" approach and values will meet any changes head on and deliver effective solutions.

Safety Health and Environmental Policies  

The Managing Director recognizes the importance of, and is committed to, the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and its associated legislation and is responsible for the implementation of the Company's Health and Safety Policy and the achievements of its objectives.

 It is the Company's policy to do all that is reasonably practicable to prevent personal injury and risks to the health of its employees and to protect others who may be affected by the Company's processes.

 The Company will undertake risk assessments to identify risks to health and safety and will effectively plan, organize, control, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures required to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the achievement of this policy.

Quality Assurance 

The Management of the Company is committed to a policy of quality assurance. The service provided by the Company for its customers will satisfy both the specific requirements of all customers.

 It is the policy of the Company to market services of a quality which merit and earns customer satisfaction by performing all functions reliably and effectively.

 The Directors of the Company have given the Quality Manager full authority to carry out the Quality Policy of the Company, and all Company personnel are required to co-operate with the Quality Manager in carrying out this task.

 All new personnel will be made aware of the Company Quality Policy of the Company during induction, and to existing personnel via training sessions.

 The Company is committed to a policy of continuous improvement to its Quality System, Processes and Service to the Customer.

   

Energy and Environment 

The effective management of energy can yield significant positive results such as lower operating costs, increased profits, improved working conditions, reduced environmental impact and can send positive messages about an organization

 Companies are coming under increasing pressure, including pressure from shareholders, to be seen as acting responsibly towards the environment. Embracing energy management is a very effective way of sending out positive messages to both internal staff and external parties to demonstrate that your company is doing its part to care for the environment.
