Uniform Squeeze For Quality Sizing
On T-Tech Japan’s TSE10F filament sizing machine, the squeeze ro l l ach ieves even widthwise squeezing to constantly provide quality sized yarns. A high pressure squeeze system of 15kN is adopted. The pressure is automatically controlled steplessly taking into account yarn speeds. The ideal roll arrangement and a large cavity box of 180 liters prevent size from splashing and foaming.
Selective Sizing and Drying Width
According To The Production
The maximum passing sheet width is chosen between 1700 mm, and 2000 mm. The maximum yarn ends for each width is 1500 and 1800. The more the number of the ends is, the fewer the number of the beams used for the beamer. That is, the total production is increased by 20%, when comparing 1500 ends on a 1700 mm width with that of 1800 ends on a 2000 mm width.
Sensitive and Precise Temperature Control
Precise temperature control as well as tension control is indispensable in achieving the best sized beam.The TSE10F is equipped with precise temperature control in the hot air chambers, the individual cylinders, the waxing, and the size box. The current temperature is indicated and recorded, and an irregular temperature sounds an alarm to stop the machine.The automatic tuning function adjusted the air in the hot a i r chambers to the optimum temperature given the supplied steam pressure.

Waxing/Cooling Device
Three, five or seven cylinder are available for the cylinder drying section in order to respond to high speeds and versatility. A heat-resistant oil-sealed chain is used to drive the cylinders. The chain produces long-term stable rotation and the shortest distance between yarn breakage and machine stop. The yarn breakage inspector is a t t ached a f te r the coo l ing dev i ce and automatically stops the machine.
Energy Saving Hot Air Chambers For High Speed
The yarns are dried in the hot air drying chambers without touching anything, keeping the surfaces of the yarns smooth and the body round. The chambers of the TSE10F use the 2-step temperature control system that keeps the temperature at 150 to 160℃ for high speed operation and at 120 to 130℃ for low speed operation. Thus, they can dry the sized yarns quickly without damaging the yarn properties. Moreover, a soft and gentle drying method is available on the machine. It dries with a lower temperature of 80℃ or less for sensitive yarns with a high thermal-shrinkage ratio.
Multi-Section Drive System
Filament yarns are widely classified depending on their kinds, fineness, and texture. Thus, the stretch setting has to be changed often when replacing the production lot.The AC vector motors of Motor 1, Motor 2, and Motor 3 control the stretch for the feeding section, sizing section, and cylinder section respectively in 0.01% increments. Moreover, the stretch can be easily set while the sizing machine is in operation. Because of its ability to call operating conditions, the T-MDS reproduces the same quality level of sized warps.
Low-Tension Control To
Softly Treat Delicate Yarns (Option)
The AC vector motors and T-Tech Japan’ s own control technology stably control the tension from the lowest 40N and to the highest 800N. The low tension control is especially efficient for delicate yarns like fine denier yarns and a small lot of 400 ends or less. The machine is also operated with stable tension during acceleration and deceleration.
Easy Operation
The section beam at the take-up section is automatically mounted and unloaded. The TSE10F is designed for easy threading through the four separators to arrange the yarn sheet at the important points on the machine. There is also a lubricating device that automatically lubricates 100 or more positions in a set cycle. (Optional)

Super High speed WarperVersatile and Easy-to-Operate Warper Responding to the User’s Needs.
Optional Devices
Oiling/Waxing DeviceOil or wax pick-up amount can be adjusted steplessly by changing the rotating
speed of the roll with the variable speed motor. The lift bar prevents too much
oil or wax from adhering to the yarns while the machine is stopped.
The automatic oil/wax supply device automatically detects the oil or wax level
in the box.
Fluff InspectorWhen any fluff, broken filament, or loop is detected, the machine stops. The
number of stops is shown on the T-MDS.
Heat SetterThe warper & beamer system can make a quality warp beam of high-twist
yarns. The heat setter heats the yarns partly to prevent kinks during the
threading works on the beamer in the next process. When this device is used,
the maximum beam flange diameter is limited to 800 mm.
Easy OperationFor easy and quick yarn breakage repair and fluff removal, the take-up frame and
the frame for the yarn arrangement section are separate. In addition, the
operation switches are located in the center of the take-up section.
The beam can be replaced easily with the selector switch. Because the yarns are
held by the catch bar when the yarn sheet is cut, beam replacement is easy
without disarranging the yarn sheet.
The taping device that makes comb threading in the next process easy is also
provided.
Wide Versatility and Quality WarpingThe nip tension control system can obtain the proper
take-up tension for chemical and synthetic, non-twist
and high twist, and thin to thick yarns by touch panel
operation without changing the setting for the creel
tensioners.
When the accumulating device is operated, it holds
the yarns from the creel with the push bar and adjusts
the tension properly. Thus, it can be used without
disarranging the yarn sheet.
The press roll that aims at smoothness of the yarn
surface wound on the beam touches the yarn gently.
To prevent fluff because of a sudden stop, the
kickback device is employed to back the press roll in
an instant.
Various designs are available, such as the take-up
tension indicat ion and feedback control , the
synchronized stop of the brake according to the
changes of the beam inertia, and separate inspection
for small and big fluff, which synthetically control the
operating conditions and collect data. The result is the
best warping possible.
Nip Tension Control SystemBy positively holding the yarns with the nip roll, quality warping is possible
for a wide range of yarn kinds without damaging the yarns due to slippage
of the running yarns on the roll. When the warper is stopped, the nip roll
positively releases the yarns immediately even at emergency stop, so the
yarns will be never damaged. The contact angle of the first tension roll is
variable to adjust the sheet looseness after stoppage.

Roll Tension Control SystemThe AC vector motor that drives two tension rolls positively controls the tension. Because the first roll has a swing structure to change the contact angle, the friction between the yarn sheet and the ro l l i s adjusted according to the yarn kind. This system is best for non-twist yarns.

The take-up tension can be easily set with touch-key operation of the
T-MDS with the roll tension control system and the nip tension control
system. When the take-up tension control is provided, the tension is
more accurately controlled by feedback control.

Optional Devices
Oiling/Waxing DeviceOil or wax pick-up amount can be adjusted steplessly by changing the rotating
speed of the roll with the variable speed motor. The lift bar prevents too much
oil or wax from adhering to the yarns while the machine is stopped.
The automatic oil/wax supply device automatically detects the oil or wax level
in the box.
Fluff InspectorWhen any fluff, broken filament, or loop is detected, the machine stops. The
number of stops is shown on the T-MDS.
Heat SetterThe warper & beamer system can make a quality warp beam of high-twist
yarns. The heat setter heats the yarns partly to prevent kinks during the
threading works on the beamer in the next process. When this device is used,
the maximum beam flange diameter is limited to 800 mm.
Easy OperationFor easy and quick yarn breakage repair and fluff removal, the take-up frame and
the frame for the yarn arrangement section are separate. In addition, the
operation switches are located in the center of the take-up section.
The beam can be replaced easily with the selector switch. Because the yarns are
held by the catch bar when the yarn sheet is cut, beam replacement is easy
without disarranging the yarn sheet.
The taping device that makes comb threading in the next process easy is also
provided.
Wide Versatility and Quality WarpingThe nip tension control system can obtain the proper
take-up tension for chemical and synthetic, non-twist
and high twist, and thin to thick yarns by touch panel
operation without changing the setting for the creel
tensioners.
When the accumulating device is operated, it holds
the yarns from the creel with the push bar and adjusts
the tension properly. Thus, it can be used without
disarranging the yarn sheet.
The press roll that aims at smoothness of the yarn
surface wound on the beam touches the yarn gently.
To prevent fluff because of a sudden stop, the
kickback device is employed to back the press roll in
an instant.
Various designs are available, such as the take-up
tension indicat ion and feedback control , the
synchronized stop of the brake according to the
changes of the beam inertia, and separate inspection
for small and big fluff, which synthetically control the
operating conditions and collect data. The result is the
best warping possible.
Nip Tension Control SystemBy positively holding the yarns with the nip roll, quality warping is possible
for a wide range of yarn kinds without damaging the yarns due to slippage
of the running yarns on the roll. When the warper is stopped, the nip roll
positively releases the yarns immediately even at emergency stop, so the
yarns will be never damaged. The contact angle of the first tension roll is
variable to adjust the sheet looseness after stoppage.

Beam Lifting Device (Optional)The lifting device to make mounting and removing a beam easy is also available.
Stable Tension ControlThe pull-out tension can be set easily on the T-MDS for the sizing machine. The pull-out tension is detected at the tension roll of the let-off section, and the tension controller stabilizes the tension at the set value.The tension controller keeps the best tension by detecting the beam winding diameter electronically and using it as a signal for the tension controller.The high-responding AC vector motor reduces tension fluctuation during normal operation, machine stop, and acceleration/deceleration.There are no dancer rolls between the supply stand and the sizing machine, resulting in no snarling problem. High quality yarns are supplied to the sizing machine.In case of a power failure, power supply to the AC vector motor stops. Incomparable Stable Take-up Tension ControlThe AC vector motor directly drives a loom beam to take-up yarns while adjusting the tension automatically. The tension feedback control is based on the torque of the AC vector motor connected with the taking up roll. It stabilizes take-up tension. This also allows a use of taper tensions in accordance with yarn characteristics. The tension control range is set between 300N and 5900N for a loom beam with flanges of 800 mm flange diameter (option:~7800N/800mm flange diameter). It has superior stability in low tension take-up.Gears contained in an oil bath for driving loom beams assure less noise generation.
