Maintenance

TruLaser machines stand for decades of experience and

pioneering innovations in laser cutting. The outstanding

feature of our machines is that they work on the principle of

"flying optics". Thanks to this technology, you not only

achieve high machining speeds and accuracy but also make

the best possible use of your material.

To help you tap into the full potential of your machine, we

have put together a multi-faceted training program. In the

various course modules, you learn not only the basics, but

also acquire in-depth knowledge of special applications that

are tailored to our products. This ensures that you get

maximum use out of your machine.

The above diagram shows the sequence in which the courses should be taken, the

level of knowledge you will attain and the length of each course. Course modules

highlighted in blue provide programming knowledge. Courses highlighted in green

help unlock your machine's potential and keep it in top form. In the darker boxes,

you will find optional courses that expand your knowledge in special fields. Training

The combination machines from TRUMPF unite punching

and laser technology in one machine giving you the ad-

vantages of both processing methods. The punching head

produces standard contours and forms while complex

contours are cut with the laser. In addition to this, all combi-

nation machines can be fully automated.

Whether it is the operation, maintenance or software systems

of your TruMatic machine – our wide range of courses offers

every user the best training for achieving maximum machine

operation efficiency. See for yourself.

Tube Processing:

With the TruLaser Tube machines, you can produce parts

quickly and precisely, in addition to being well prepared to

meet all market requirements. What's so exceptional about

the TruLaser Tube? The laser cuts contours and trims tubes in

one operation. Tube constructions that are made possible by

the laser, facilitate and reduce downstream fabrication steps.

The edges are smooth and the parts are ready for assembly

without the need for refinishing.

Do you want to make the best use of all of the functions on

your TruLaser Tube? Well, we have put together a training

package that meets your requirements perfectly! Choose the

appropriate courses from the training program and perfect

the use of your machine.
