Pilot Takes OffIn mid-December, we launched a small pilot to test ales and service tactics for our latest product offering, Trulia One. The original pilot crew consisted of ten individuals from Agent Sales and six from Customer Care out of the Bellevue and San Francisco offices.

This February, we’re expanding our pilot team to a total of 15 representatives to continue helping us to gather metrics and try out new sales tactics.
