1------- Attention all Fulton residents past and present On January 26, 2011 at 6:30 pm at the Powhatan Community Center {The Hut} 5051 Northampton St. Richmond, Va.23231 an important meeting will be held concerning the Fulton community. The map that is included with this notice is the map that has been used by the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority and the City of Richmond to describe the boundaries of Fulton since the Urban Renewal of Fulton was begun by R.R.R.A. I 41 years ago in 1970. Fulton is the birthplace of Richmond, and this is the map that describes our boundaries. This meeting was .originally arranged by Mayor Dwight Jones at my.request, Spencer E. Jones III, to answer questions about plans 'or lack there-of ,of future and present developments going on today and the way in which the past and present residents can incorporate some new and modem ideas into a new plan for Fulton. A meeting was held in June and one was planned for July, which was put offuntil December, which was called offbecause of snow. We have had 41 years of being put offby R.R.R.A., City of Richmond, R.U.D.,and developers. Where has all the money gone ??? Please come out and stand up for Fulton. Spencer E. Jones III
