TROUBLESHOOTING A PROBLEM !Troubleshooting is a systematic approach to solving a problem. The goal of troubleshooting is, to determine the reasons of a problem, due to which the system doesn’t function, as it expected, and resolve the problem. !Every business, in any sphere, constantly faces different problems of various level of complexity. More often, they are ordinary problems that are not worth of paying attention at, or problems that can be solved easily. But sometimes, there are problems, that may put in jeopardize the implementation of a costly project or, even existence of the business itself. But also, these are serious and complicated issues, that require non-standard, and therefore effective solutions, that are not described in tutorials and manuals on management and business organization. We possess necessary professional knowledge, a vast and diverse international experience in project management, including projects in critical conditions. We develop an exclusive decisions in the sphere of design, construction technology, financing and management, that enable our Clients to cope with difficult situations.

OUR MAIN TOOLS: !- Professionalism; - Practical and various experience; - Structuring; - Communicativeness; - Thinking outside the box; - Ability to see the unseen; - Ability to identify and eliminate the causes of effects; - Ability to organize the implementation of our solutions.

!!

THE MAIN CRITERIA OF OUR WORK IS ECONOMIC EFFECTIVENESS OF OUR IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact, that the problems we’d had to solve, were caused by objective reasons relating to the technical and organizational difficulties and, also by practical impossibility to consider and to foresee all the factors affecting the projects implementation. We deliberately don’t tell you about the numerous problems related to design errors and technological violations, arising out of laziness, carelessness or ignorance and out of professional insolvency of designers and construction site employees. In respect, that it's a confidential information, we can not publicate the names of our respected customers, the amounts of fees, the details of the projects and the countries, in which we were lucky to operate.

THE EXAMPLES OF OUR INVOLVEMENT IN SOLVING PROBLEMS AND TASKS OF OUR CLIENTS !!One European construction group that was interested in the new markets development, organized the production of precast reinforced concrete structures. A year after commissioning works and trainings the capacity of the plant didn’t not exceed 30%. All the measures that had been taken by the management for improving production efficiency didn’t give any significant results. So, the chief management decided to cease the production and close the plant. Our Experts have studied the situation and in cooperation with the plant management started implementing of our proposals to change the manufacturing algorithms, logistics and, organizing the quality control of design and production work. A month later, productivity rise up to 100%. Two months later productivity increased up to 120-125 %. The tasks have been successfully completed.

In the process of verifying the design decisions of MEP systems in the underground parking, it became clear that vertical clearance was of 10 cm below the minimum. By changing the structure of columns and floors of parking, we managed to increase the space for assembling underceiling cable networks, ventilation ducts and pipe spreading room. Our solutions allowed to avoid exceeding the strict limits of the building's hight.

The project of banquet halls complex, located in the Middle East, involved the overlap with floor slabs of I-section beams, with spans of 30 m. Floor slab area was 6,000 m². Cross section height was 700 mm, the bottom plate thickness was of 70 mm, the thickness of the upper plate and the vertical edges was 50 mm. Designer made a number of mandatory requirements for the production of works in high levels of average daily air temperature. The most difficult request was continuous concreting of subtle elements of the slab. In coordination with the Author of the structural design, we made some structural changes in the project, developed construction work's plan and supervised concreting process.

During the construction of residential multi-storied building by the individual project, located at 800 meters distance from the Mediterranean shore, the process of excavating works of "0" stage revealed, that the actual groundwater level was much more higher, than the level provided by the project. The underground part of the building was formed by slurry wall along the boundaries of the site. The depth of the foundation was "- 5" m level below the surface of the earth. The water rush, that flew into the excavation, could cause unpredictable consequences and significantly affect the stability of multi-storied buildings, constructed in neighboring areas, and put under serious doubt the possibility of the project itself. Our specialists have developed a technical solution to the problem, and have taken professional and legal responsibilities for the consequences to themselves . The entire process, from problem detection to implement of the technical solutions, has taken one hour.

The selection of the tower crane's carrying capacity, which was used for the construction of high-rise building, located on the Mediterranean coast, was mistaken. This fact, caused impossibility to install three precast concrete beams of the framing, at the altitude of 70 meters, the farthest from the vertical axis of the crane. The construction site was surrounded by roads and buildings, that made using a mobile crane impossible. Our engineers had developed the beams manufacturing technology, which significantly reduced their weight, and the installation works plan, also they supervised installation process. In this way, with our help, the client has avoided extension of the time schedule and, even has reduced construction cost.

During the construction of a multifunctional complex in the center of the European Capital, we had an opportunity to participate in solving a number of significant challenges. One of the problems was caused by the effects of a strong fire, that had occurred in the underground parking. The thermal effects had caused destruction of the reinforcement protective layer and caused the loss of load bearing capacity of the ceiling on area of about 1500 m², and also damage of forty-five columns. In collaboration with a specialized engineering company, we’d carried out a technical survey, developed reconstruction solutions and restored the bearing capacity and exploitative abilities of the destroyed structures. Implementation of our solutions allowed to avoid a significant increase in costs and to operate according to the time schedule.

!In order to increase the rental area of the multifunctional business center during construction, our client expressed a wish to remove engineering equipment from the technical floor provided by the MEP systems design. We had solved the problem of the engineering equipment relocation. This difficult task was successfully accomplished . !It turned out, upon completion of the pile field of residential house, that it was deployed at 180º, relatively to the design decisions. And in this situation, we were able to find an optimal engineering solution, which allowed to avoid catastrophic expense.
