Primary contact for collection development, reference, individual research consultations, subject specialist and

instructional services for sociology, South Asian studies, and Middle Eastern studies. Provide assistance to faculty, graduate and undergraduate students and general public

Promote library and information services to the sociology department, South Asian Studies and the Middle Eastern studies faculty and graduate students by communicating with them on a regular basis through emails, alerts, listservs, bulletin boards, web sites, bibliographies, and so on. Make presentations of library resources and services at colloquia, lectures and classes. In addition, frequently get together informally with faculty, students and staff in non-library settings to learn more about their information needs

Sustained engagement and communication with faculty and students is my goal, and listed below are some of my

affiliations that show the trust placed in me by faculty and students to join them as a librarian as well as to become a member of their own research environments:
