The following fees, charges and expenses apply to all Full Fee Paying Overseas Students (FFPOS) at Trinity Anglican School (TAS). A Full Fee Paying Overseas Student is defined as a student enrolled at TAS for a period of time greater than three months and who is not an Australian National or Resident. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Fees are reviewed annually and are subject to change.

FFPOS enrolment applications will only be considered when submitted together with payment of the Application Fee (non-refundable) of $150. Students are admitted to TAS on the basis that all fees are payable one (1) Term in advance and within 14 days of the account being rendered.

Please note: The second, third and subsequent children tuition fee concessions are applicable to the younger sibling/s when a family has all children attending the school at the same time.

Please note:

• For Full Fee Paying Overseas Students, note that where relevant, all Compulsory School Fees are treated as tuition fees (as defined by the ESOS Act 2000).

• The listed prices in the Expense Overviews are intended as guides only as they are subject to variation depending on student year level or choice. Swimming/Music fees are approximate and will vary depending on the program/instrument. Specific prices are available on enquiry.

• Homestay fees are payable one Semester in advance.• Semester 1 homestay students may commence homestay residence on or after Saturday 17th January 2021 and must conclude

homestay residence on or before Friday, 9th July 2021.• Semester 2 homestay students may commence homestay residence on or after Saturday, 10th July 2021 and must conclude homestay

residence on or before Friday, 3rd December 2021.• Students arriving in homestay more than five school days after the start of a semester will be charged on a pro-rata basis.• Students arriving earlier than indicated at the start of the year will incur a further charge calculated on a pro-rata basis.• Students departing later than indicated at the end of the year will incur a further charge calculated on a pro-rata basis.• A Hold Fee is charged if a student wishes to leave belongings in their homestay room during a holiday break.• The Summer Hold Fee is charged if a student wishes to leave belongings in their homestay room during the complete summer break.• Any extra time at the homestay should be worked out between the homestay family and student’s family.• If parents are visiting and staying in the homestay house the extra costs should be worked out between the two parties.

PAYMENT OPTIONSPayment may be made by:

B-Pay BPAY details are located in the top right hand corner of your Fee Statement. These payments can be made from a savings or cheque account. Please be aware that your financial institution may impose daily limits on BPAY payments.

Direct Deposit Direct deposit details are located in the top right hand corner of your Fee Statement.

Credit Card Our online payment gateway through Parent Lounge accepts Visa and Mastercard branded cards. Alternatively EFTPOS facilities are available at school reception.

Fee Policy Failure to pay fees by the due dates or not honoring your payment arrangement may result in cancellation of enrolment. Parents are required to provide a terms notice when withdrawing a student. In lieu of this, half a term’s fee will be payable. For further details please see our TAS Refund Policy. Fees listed are for 2021 and are reviewed annually.
