Dear Mr. Salas: Pursuant to California PRC § 21080.3.1(b) the Gabrieleño Band of Mission Indians – Kizh Nation has submitted a request for notification of projects that may result in the preparation of a negative declaration, a mitigated negative declaration or an environmental impact report that are within the geographic area traditionally and culturally affiliated with this tribe. The City of Fullerton is, therefore, providing notification to you pursuant to PRC § 21080.3.1(d) of the following project: Project Address: 600 West Commonwealth Avenue and 628 Williamson Avenue Fullerton, CA 92832 Project Description: The applicant, Red Oak Investment, has submitted an application which proposes to

construct a new 610,182 square foot, 311-unit mixed-use development and parking structure. Building 1 is located at 600 West Commonwealth Avenue and is proposed to contain 186 residential units, a 330 space parking structure and ground floor commercial. Building 2 is located at 628 Williamson Avenue and is proposed to contain 125 residential units and a 210 space parking structure.

Pursuant to PRC § 21080.3.1 (b), you have 30-days from the receipt of this letter, which has been sent via certified U.S. Mail with return receipt requested, to request consultation, in writing, with the City of Fullerton.
