We offer flexible membership options to suit all needs, including

youth and senior memberships. All memberships include regular

consultations with our fitness consultants, individual programmes

to get you started and to keep you motivated.

Membership prices are all inclusive and provide members with

access to fitness assessments, fitness programmes and updates,

group fitness classes and access to the stadium.

We offer automatic payment options for 6 and 12 month

memberships but we require a 1 month down payment plus a $15

administration fee

GROUP FINTESS Combining creative, energetic, motivating instructors with music and choreography , our group fitness

classes are fun, energizing and a highly effective way to improve your fitness. All levels are catered for in

a programme that appeals to all tastes. Classes include; Y-Fit, Step, X-training, Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga,

Spinning, as well as Zumba. See our group fitness timetable for more information.

Keep fit, active and social in the YMCA Upper Hutt Indoor Soccer leagues held year round. Leagues run on

Junior Sports Leagues run through the schools. These run over terms 2 and 3. Get your school to contact us
