C owboys and Western flair were the theme for this year’s R3Global Leadership Conference, “Beyond the Limits.” From March 27 through March 29, thousands of energized distributors braved some unseasonably cold Texas weather (it was in the 30s!) to gather at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas for a weekend filled with educational speeches, inspirational sermons and invaluable advice from some of the biggest names in MonaVie and R3Global.

The décor featured wood fences lined with leather saddles as distributors dressed in cowboy hats, chunky belt buckles and cowboy boots. The shot bar kept busy with proceeds benefitting the MORE Project while buckaroos caroused the R3Global store – keeping it lively from open until close. Even Chef Vincenzo Esposito was on hand to sign copies of his new cookbook, “Cooking With MonaVie.”

There was no shortage of entertainment at this year’s Leadership Conference. Vince Bruce, dubbed “The Wizard of Whips and Ropes,” showed off his best lassoing skills – roping eager

volunteers and even bottles of MonaVie – while singers Jamie Driscoll and Tim Gidley kept the crowd on their feet.

Inspirational sermons were plentiful with Bahamian pastor and author Dr. Myles Munroe giving two speeches titled, “Never Settle” and “Leading in Times of Crisis.” Husband and wife team Larry and Devi Titus, spoke throughout the weekend on reestablishing values in the home, finding a positive attitude and the self-confidence to go with it. “I’m awesome and I can’t even help it!” Larry commanded the crowd to recite to their neighbor.

Dynamic Crown Black Diamonds Steve and Gina Merritt were on hand to help Brig, Lita and the rest of the R3Global team put on a successful Leadership Conference. Steve hosted two Blue and Black Diamond Panels where everyone from the Hartogs to the Karshners to new Blue Diamond Melissa Turner offered up advice. Later, Gina joined Steve onstage for a surprise live feed of their daughter Raimi, a world champion wake boarder, competing in the Philippines – all compliments of the crafty R3Global team.

The weekend found more power players taking to the stage. Jeff Graham, MonaVie’s Vice President of Product Management, revved up the crowd when he said, “Four-and-a-half-years ago, when we put this product together, I think we knew we had a tiger by the tail, but I don’t think we realized how big the tiger was.” Amidst screams of approval from the audience, Jeff continued to talk about MonaVie’s latest products - Pulse, Kosher Certified and even offered up a tease of information about the newest member of the MonaVie family of five - EMV, a natural energy drink that increases performance, endurance and concentration.

Next, Jeff introduced MonaVie’s President and Founder Dallin Larsen, who highlighted the unwavering success of MonaVie, saying, “Over the last 50 months, we’ve sold almost $2 billion worth of product. We can take this company well beyond three to five to $10 billion.” The passionate and uplifting front man garnered huge applause when he said that the company will be extending its stimulus plan, which includes waving the annual renewal fee throughout 2009, multiple bonus opportunities and free enrollment promotions. “Let’s go out and build, build, build,” Dallin roared to the crowd of thousands.

“I’ll tell you – you guys are wound up,” Dr. Myles Munroe shouted to the exhilarated MonaVie and R3Global crowd of thousands. A Bahamian senior pastor and accomplished author, Myles was just one of the many inspirational and dynamic speakers to take to the stage at the recent R3Global Leadership Conference “Beyond the Limits” in Dallas, Texas.

On the first day, Myles spoke of purpose, destiny and realizing your potential in his presentation of “Never Settle.” “I am here tonight because this is a divine appointment,” he said. “I want to share with you some thoughts and ideas that have helped my life.” Myles gave tips on how to discover your leadership gift by becoming the servant of everyone. Success in MonaVie, he said, will come not at the expense of others, but through helping others to achieve their goals.

On the second day, Myles discussed “Leading in Times of Crisis” – a speech about 21st Century Leadership from

his books “In Charge: Finding the Leader Within You” and “Becoming A Leader.” He said that while crisis

will always exist, it’s up to MonaVie, R3Global and other followers of God to lead the world in such times.

As he explained, every person is a trapped follower and every follower is a trapped leader; therefore, there are no followers. “You possess the capacity to lead, no matter what anyone told you in the past,” Myles announced. “Some of you were waiting all your life for this opportunity, which gives you

a challenge that frightens you. This company challenges you to tap into a person you never

knew you were. Leadership is a process.”

This year’s R3Global Leadership Conference also brought the motivational and spirited words of Larry Titus, a senior pastor with 34 years of experience who spoke about “Reestablishing Values in the Home.” Introduced by his wife Devi, Larry spoke to the crowd about the awesome differences in all of us. He said, “I want you to know that whatever you think is a deficit in your life, you can take it and turn it around and say, ‘God made me sooooooo awesome, there’s nobody on the face of the Earth like me.’”

According to Larry, it’s this awesome feeling that every distributor must bring home to their spouse and kids.

It’s the men, he said, who haven’t found love within themselves who go around and belittle their family.

“Once you love yourself,” he said, “you will love those around you.” Everyday, you must start the

morning by telling yourself, “I’m awesome and I can’t even help it.”

After narrating a series of stories relating to personal mentorship and leadership, Larry ended the session by telling the audience, “So we’re going to leave this room tonight saying to ourselves that from now on, every morning when we wake up, ‘I’m awesome and I can’t even help it because that’s the way that God made me’.”

What is the Diamond Run? Simply, it is a vision to band distributors together so that they can assist each other to grow their businesses and strive to reach Diamond Status (200 cases left and 200 cases right, held four weeks in a row) within a certain time period. A small registration fee grants you access to the influence and innovation of R3Global accountability. You will be given a packet to fill out for setting your goals – the date you plan to go Diamond or above and a projected plan of action. Before turning in the packet to R3, your Upline will validate and sign it. You are now accountable to R3 and to your Upline to reach those goals.

The Daily Dozen, or 12 things that you should be doing on a daily basis, and the Gold Rush Program (starting on page 40 of your M.A.P. Book), an established program that can also be applied to the Diamond Run, will help each distributor to reach their set goal. Also, at most functions in your area (Home meetings, Opens, Nuts and

elly Bangert was head under water. Between four mortgage payments, running two struggling businesses and supporting his wife, Jill, and one-year-old daughter, Ava, Bangert couldn’t seem to catch his breath. That was until he received a surprise phone call from an old friend.

In the summer of 2007, the Bangert’s Upline, Black Diamond Executive Todd Hartog called. “He said something about some juice and I hung up on him,” Kelly jokes. “He called me 10 minutes later and said, ‘Hey, I’ll come to you. You can’t miss this opportunity.’” So the two met in a parking lot and Todd gave him two free bottles of MonaVie.

Kelly says, “I had tremendous results, so I called him back and said, ‘Hey, I just want to drink the juice. I don’t want to hear about the business opportunity’.” But when he got to the Hartog’s house to pick up the juice, he was duped. alvin Becerra wasn’t looking for a new opportunity. The 28-year-old was already making pretty good money in real estate and the mortgage industry and didn’t think that he needed to make a change. lack Diamond Executive Rick Gutman has a lot to be thankful for. Life with his wife Rebekah and their daughter Presley has never been better. oe Licciardi spent most of his life as an entrepreneur - making money and spending it just as fast. After 27 years of working in the health care industry (owning health clubs and fitness centers), Joe realized he needed to start putting a nest egg aside for his family or they weren’t going to have a financial future. In 2006, Joe joined his wife of 25 years, Patrice, in her real estate ventures. It was bad timing. “That was the time the market started falling out in California,” Joe says. The Licciardis needed something else. Around the same time, Joe was introduced to MonaVie. Strawberry Raspberry PieBake pie crust as per directions on the ready-made box. Allow to cool. Set oven temperature to 350F degrees. To make filling - Slice strawberries and place in large mixing bowl. Add drained raspberries and cinnamon. Mix well and place in pie shell. Combine the egg, sour cream, Pulse, sugar and flour and beat until smooth. Pour mixture over the fruit. Place pie pan on cookie sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour until the custard is set, and is lightly browned. Cover edges of the crust with aluminum foil so the crust doesn’t get too dark. After taking the pie out of the oven, allow it to cool slightly. To make the glaze, combine the warmed preserves and the Original blend in a small bowl. Spread with a pastry brush over the warm pie. Serve the pie warm, at room temperature or chilled.

T H A Y E RBrian & Jack ie acqueline: This past May marked our third year in the business. As Black Diamond Executives, Brian and I truly feel that our 50-50 Partnership has been one of the key ingredients to building success in MonaVie. We work as a team in every facet of life including family and business.

From hosting tasting parties, where I tell our story and Brian does the teaching portion, to raising our four young daughters, we do everything as a team. Actually, I think our story comes across so well because it is true and relatable for other couples trying to balance work, family and a growing MonaVie business.

When Brian brought this opportunity home, I was on board 100 percent. We had always been in business together and we were able to see just how huge this could be for our family. We ran with it. At the same time,

we were running a landscaping business with over 50 employees. Between MonaVie, family, and our company - talk about not having enough time in one day.

This is truly an Activity-Based Business. You have to be active. Although my time is limited, I take advantage of every minute. When I’m bringing my daughters to and from activities, I place bottles with parents. I am always on my game with giving bottles – making sure I always have brochures and juice in my Cooler Tote. After all, we’re in the juice business.

Brian: Like Jackie said, we are a 50-50 Partnership. And just like I couldn’t do it all without her, I couldn’t succeed in MonaVie without the help of some very key people. We have always listened to and followed our Upline Bob and Linda Robinson, and everyone else involved in the R3Global System. This way, we’re all doing the same basic steps together. We stick to the basics. Night after night, we do home tasting parties, we go to every open meeting that we can and, most importantly, we attend all of the major functions. he past two-and-a-half years have been life-changing for Vick and me. As Black Diamond Executives, we feel confident to share with you our version of how to Follow the M.A.P. to Success. When we sponsor someone, it’s really important that we get them in and out of the starting blocks correctly. With a new distributor, there’s a very small window of opportunity to make sure that that person is on the right track.

The first thing I do is I sit down with my new distributor for about two hours and make sure that they’re indoctrinated correctly into the R3Global Support System. The first thing I show them is the M.A.P. Book because our entire business revolves around that book. I’ll go through the basic steps like first, determining your “why.” A person has got to have a “why” or a specific dream before they’re going to put their heart and soul into this business. The reason I do this is because if there comes a time when they want to quit their MonaVie business, I will remind them of their dream. I say, “Quitting won’t get you your dream, but this bottle of juice and the R3Global Support System can. We’re going to roll up our shirtsleeves and get out there together. You can do this.”

The second thing I do is have them sit down and build their list. I’ll ask them, “Hey, Who do you know that’s interested in better health and better wealth?” A lot of times people will say, “Oh. I don’t know anybody.” Do you have a mom and a dad? Do you have a hairdresser? Do you have an accountant? What about the coach of your kid’s soccer team? I’ll write all of these down and by the end, we’ll have a list of 50, 100, 200 or more people. As soon as we finish the list, I ask them to identify their Top-10 or the people they

would most like to be in business with.

Once they’ve identified their Top-10, I ask, “Out of those 10, who can we go see right now?” We’ll go visit those few people and I’ll help the new distributor ITS or invite, taste, share. I help them sponsor one right and one left on AutoShip so that they can become a Star and get their purple card. I also call them once a day for two weeks straight. A lot of new distributors get negative feedback from the people closest to them saying this will fail. We are proof of success, so I will call them and be that positive force that keeps them going. This is why I’m such a huge fan of V-Comm. I talk to my team every single day on V-Comm. It keeps them engaged in the business and filled up with positive support.

By being really thorough like that (teaching them the system and going right out of the M.A.P. Book), anyone can achieve success. If you skip something that’s like saying, “I’m going to bake me a cake and I’m going to leave the sugar out of it.” You’ve got to use every step because Brig Hart wrote that recipe for success. By investing the time in that person, what I’ve just done is what they are going to do when they sponsor their people.
