Community Access Unlimited is a non‐profit social service agency that provides

individualized social and support services to people with disabilities that enable them to live

as independently as possible in the community of their choice.

Dear Traveling Friend,

Join us in 2014 for exciting traveling opportunities from Community Access Unlimited. Each vacation will be fully supervised by trained Community Access staff.

A pre-vacation planning meeting will be held for each vacation to discuss the trip in greater detail. All participants are required to attend these important meetings. We will

review vacation plans, itineraries, and packing instructions so everyone will be well prepared for the trip. Further details will be provided when you sign up.

Prices are listed on each page. These rates vary depending on if you are a member of Community Access Unlimited or not. These rates are subject to change.

If you are not a member of Community Access, please consider joining for the following reasons:

Reduced rates for all trips

All trips will include free transportation home from all events

Access to the agency member only events such as our Summer

Picnic and Winter Holiday Party

How to sign up?

Once you have decided on the trips that interest you, please contact the Recreation Department to sign up. There are only 12 slots available per

trip, so sign up early!! Exception is Silverleaf Resorts with only 6 slots. You must make your first payment in order to save your reservation. If you

would like assistance saving for your trip, we can help you to create a payment plan. Please call 908-354-3040 ext. 216 or 280 for more details!

All meetings will be located in the Board Room at 80 West Grand Street. All pre‐

meetings are mandatory for members and the staff that will be attending the trip!

PLEASE READ!! VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!

Supervision:We provide assistance on each tour, but the exact level of assistance varies with the trip type. General

staff to member ratio is 1:4. This will include an experienced supervisor. Additional staff can be hired to

address particular needs. Travelers requiring one‐on‐one supervision may chose to bring their own

support person at a reduced price.

Documentation:

Travel within the U.S.A. Valid photo identification issued by a government agency (driver’s license, passport, military I.D, ext.)

International travel Caribbean Islands A Valid Passport ONLY

Cancellation, Refunds, and Changes:If you decide to cancel the trip you must notify us in writing or call at least

30 days prior to the departure date for bus/van tours, air, train, or cruise tours. We will return your

money, less the $50 cancellation fee. However, if we have already purchased airline or other non‐

refundable tickets for you, you will be responsible for these charges. We cannot offer air ticket refund

even in the case of illness. We are purchasing tickets only as an agent, on behalf and per your order. Any

requests for ticket cost refunds must be done directly with the carrier. No refund will be issued if the

traveler is refused boarding due to lack of proper identification or with international travel, a valid

passport. Any cancelation after 30 days prior to departure there will be no refunds.

Post‐trip Charges:If we incur any of the following charges on your behalf during your trip, you will receive a bill for such

charges after the trip. These charges include, but are not limited to long distance phone charges, pay TV

charges, charges made by airlines for special assistance, excess baggage charges, toiletry, clothing, or

medical charges we made on your behalf, and extra lodging or meal charges caused by public transport

delays or weather beyond our control. For air travel the cost includes one piece of luggage.

Liability Limits:We shall not be liable for any bodily injury or property damage that may result from weather, theft, or

strike. We reserve the right to substitute hotels, transportation, activities, and to alter the itinerary when

necessary. We reserve the right to modify prices and trip dates with advance notice.

Room Occupancy:Rooming accommodations are based on dual occupancy with two queen sized beds. If you require your

own room, a request must be made in advance and additional fees will be assessed.
