It is the movement of people betweenrelatively distant geographical locations, andcan involve travel by foot, bicycle,automobile, train, boat, airplane, or othermeans, with or without luggage, and can beone way or round trip. Travel can also includerelatively short stays between successivemovements.

In English we still occasionally use the words travail and travails, which mean struggle
Earlier from Old French travailler(which means to
work strenuously, toil).
It also states that the word comes from
Middle English travailen, travelen(which means to
torment, labor, strive, journey)
The term "travel" may originate from the Old French word

William F. Theobald (1994) suggested that "etymologically, the word tour is derived
from the Latin, 'tornare' and the Greek,

Most of its territory includes elevations ranging from 1500 meters
