1. Evolución de hepatitis C más rápida que en
pacientes monoinfectados por VHC:
- Hepatitis crónica:
· Mayor probabilidad de desarrollar cirrosis (Benhanou, Hepatology 1999. Graham, Clin Infec Dis 2001)
- Cirrosis:
· Menor supervivencia tras 1ª descompensación (Pineda, Hepatology 2005)

Factores patogénicos:
